The client device establishes a logical session with the second client device based on the operational state. The client device transmits a first event through the logical session. The first event is transmitted to the second client, preferentially over a second event which does not go through any logical session.

Particularly, the method by which a user device performs a handover comprises the steps of: connecting by Bluetooth with a first target device on the basis of first authentication information; measuring a first link state between the user device and the first target device; measuring a second link state between the user device and the second target device; determining whether to perform a handover for the second target device on the basis of the first link state and the second link state; and performing a Bluetooth connection procedure with the second target device when performance of the handover for the second target device is determined, wherein second authentication information for the Bluetooth connection procedure with the second target device is the same as the first authentication information for the Bluetooth connection with the first target device.

The junction box includes an insulating case having an insulating material, and disposed on the back surface of the photovoltaic solar cell module, and a circuit board within the insulating case, and mounted thereon a converter for converting a level of the DC power from the photovoltaic solar cell module, and an inverter for converting a DC power from the converter into an AC power. The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for connecting a first device to a second device using Bluetooth low energy (LE). According to the present invention, provided are a method and an apparatus which receive, from the second device, a first advertising message comprising first interval information indicative of the transmission interval of the advertising message; adjust the size of a scan window for searching for peripheral devices on the basis of the first advertising message; receive a second advertising message from the second device or an external device via the scan window; and establish a Bluetooth LE connection with the second device if the transmission interval indicated by the interval information is the same as the interval at which the first advertising message and the second advertising message are transmitted.
