    摘要： An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for delivery of software. A snapshot module is included to create a snapshot of development software libraries still in a development phase, the development software libraries comprising substantially an entire replacement set of software code. A testing module is included to apply a set of tests to the snapshot to ensure that the snapshot is substantially free from defects and a delivery module delivers the snapshot to a user. The snapshot may be configured for a mainframe computer operating system such that a previous version of the software code is replaced in a single operation. The mainframe computer operating system may be the z/OS operating system.

    摘要： A drumhead patch particularly adapted for use on snare drums used in marching bands consists of a plastic layer adhered to a section of the playing surface of the snare drumhead membrane. A first portion of the patch defines a series of openings while a second portion has no openings. The patch alters the vibration characteristics of the membrane and presents alternative playing surfaces to the musician. A guiro effect is produced by dragging a drumstick over the openings in the first portion of the patch. The second portion produces distinctly different impact sounds than the playing surface of the drumhead membrane when struck by a beater. The patch may be positioned on the playing surface to meet the needs of a particular musician.

    摘要： An attachment for a wire stripper is disclosed. The attachment is securable to a wire stripper and provides a compartment for retaining stripped insulation. The insulation retainer is specifically designed to attach to a particular type/style of wire stripper, but could essentially be designed and configured to fit or adapt on nearly any type of wire stripper, The insulation retainer is temporally retained on the wire stripper with a fastener, clip, magnet or other fastening means where the insulation retainer is installed, removed, and moved as desired. The chamber is configured to allow unstripped wire to be easily placed into the chamber and still retain stripped wire with minimal or no risk of the stripped insulation from falling out of the retaining compartment. When the insulation is stored all of the pieces can be collectively discharged in the trash or in a recycling container.

    摘要： The invention provides a method for aiding the diagnosis or prognostic monitoring of Alzheimer's disease in a subject, said method comprising; providing a sample of blood obtained from said patient; assaying the amount of gelsolin present in said sample; comparing the amount of gelsolin present in said sample to a reference amount of gelsolin present in a sample from a healthy subject, wherein detection of a gelsolin level in the sample from said patient which is lower than the gelsolin level in the reference sample indicates an increased likelihood of Alzheimer's disease in said patient. Other markers are C1 protease inhibitor and ceruloplasmin. Both blood samples and tissue samples have been investigated.

The meter socket assembly includes meter sockets each receiving one of said meters, feeder buses, supply buses, and a plurality of phase connectors. Each of the supply buses has at least one section, and each phase connector electrically interconnects a corresponding one of the at least one section of each of the supply buses with a corresponding one of the feeder buses. At least one of the supply buses is divided in order to include as the at least one section, first and second sections, the first section being in electrical communication with a first one of the feeder buses and the second section being in electrical communication with a second one of the feeder buses. In this manner, the meters are provided with a plurality of phase configurations within the same cabinet.
