    摘要: The present invention provides an activator in arylamination using a palladium compound as a catalyst, which is superior to conventional phosphines in stability and performance. With the phosphine sulfide as an activator, an arylamination reaction achieves improved selectivity to produce a desired aromatic amine in an obviously increased yield as compared with a reaction using the corresponding phosphine compound. Moreover, the phosphine sulfide of the invention is impervious to oxidation and exists stably in air and therefore sufficiently withstands use on an industrial scale.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a liquefying alkaline .alpha.-amylase having the enzymatic properties described below, a production process thereof and a detergent composition containing the same.1) Action:It hydrolyzes .alpha.-1,4-glucosidic linkages in starches, amylose, amylopectin and partial degradation products thereof and from amylose, forms glucose (G1), maltose (G2), maltotriose (G3), maltotetraose (G4), maltopentaose (G5) and maltohexaose (G6). It however does not act on pullulan.2) Isoelectric point:It has an isoelectric point higher than 8.5 when measured by an isoelectric focusing electrophoresis.The amylase according to the present invention has a liquefying activity capable of permitting degrading starches and starchy polysaccharides at high random, and has an optimum pH on the alkaline side. Owing to the high isoelectric point, it can be purified readily. Detergents with the amylase incorporated therein have excellent detergency especially against the soil of smeared food.

    摘要: A disk controlling apparatus creates sense data indicating the contents of an error and writes it into an intermediate buffer provided within the disk controlling apparatus together with the record normally read when a key portion or a data portion constituting a record is not normally read. The disk controlling apparatus searches the intermediate buffer for desired record, reads and informs an error while taking the sense data into consideration for each record. The disk controlling apparatus stores a write address in a memory at the time of writing data, and when data are normally written the write address is eliminated from the memory, while holding the address when data are not normally written. At the time of reading data, if the address which agrees with the read address is stored in the memory, the disk controlling apparatus reports an error to a host apparatus. The disk controlling apparatus further calculates the busy ratio indicating the rate at which each channel adapter is used for I/O processing, and data is transmitted and received to and from the host apparatus through the channel adapter which has the lowest busy ratio.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a novel enzyme called alkaline proteinase K-16 that is characterized as having an optimum pH in an alkaline range, and stability in the presence of various surface active agents, such as sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate, sodium polyoxyethylene alkyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium .alpha.-olefin sulfonate, sodium alkyl sulfonate, and .alpha.-sulfo-fatty acid ester. The present invention further provides for the microorganism Bacillus sp. Ferm BP-3376, which is capable of producing the novel alkaline proteinase, and a process for producing the novel alkaline proteinase. Alkaline-proteinase K-16 of the present invention exhibits an excellent action against insoluble proteins and maintains sufficient activity over a wide temperature range and in the presence of surface active agents thus providing a use as an enzyme for detergents.

    摘要: In accordance with one aspect of the invention, a semiconductor integrated circuit is provided wherein an input circuit is formed by a phase split circuit having a bipolar transistor which outputs an inverted output from the collector and a non-inverted output from the emitter. The emitter follower output circuit is driven by an inverted output of the phase split circuit. Meanwhile, an emitter load of the emitter follower output circuit is formed by a transistor, and the emitter load transistor is temporarily driven conductively by a charging current of the capacitance to be charged by the rising edge of the non-inverted output of the phase split circuit. As a second aspect of the invention, a logic circuit is formed of a logic portion and an output portion. The output portion includes an emitter follower output transistor receiving an output signal generated by the logic portion and an active pull-down transistor receiving at its base a signal supplied thereto through a capacitance element. The signal received by the active pull-down transistor has a phase reverse to that of the input signal supplied to the base of said output transistor. Between the base and emitter of the active pull-down transistor, there is disposed a bias circuit formed of a transistor receiving at its base a predetermined bias voltage and an emitter resistor. Further, between a junction point of the emitter follower output transistor and the active pull-down transistor and the emitter of the transistor as a constituent of the bias circuit, there is disposed a capacitance element for feeding back the output signal.
