摘要： After a radio base station eNB10-2 receives a Handover Request message that is transmitted by a radio base station eNB10-1, for a radio terminal UE30-1 connected to the radio base station eNB10-1 to perform handover to the radio base station eNB10-2, the radio base station eNB10-2 transmits a response (Handover Request Ack message or Handover Request Nack message) to the Handover Request message to the radio base station eNB10-1. The Handover Request message includes information indicating a fulfillment level of throughput obtained when the radio terminal UE30-1 executes an application, relative to throughput required for the radio terminal UE30-1 to execute the application. The radio base station eNB10-2 controls the response to the Handover Request message, in accordance with the information indicating the fulfillment level included in the Handover Request message.

摘要： The present invention includes a camera which takes an image of a camera or an inspection target; a device which estimates the movement of the inspection target; a device which generates a high resolution image having a higher resolution than the pixel resolution of a video image taken by the camera from the video image taken by the camera; a device which evaluates the quality of the high resolution image generated by the generation device; and a device which presents an inspector who visually inspects the inspection target with the high resolution image together with the quality evaluation result of the high resolution image. The present invention can improve the reliability of inspection by use of the high resolution image as well as can reduce the inspection time, and further can guarantee the reliability of the inspection using a high resolution image.

摘要： Construction machine management, permitting operation of a construction machine only under specified conditions and inhibiting its operation in case it is in a state incongruent with preset working conditions. Working conditions for each construction machine are set up by a working conditions setup means, including a geographically divided working area and a working time zone in which a construction machine is allowed to operate in a specified working area. Setup working conditions are stored in a memory means. At the time of starting a construction machine, the status of the construction machine is checked for by a status checkup means which is adapted to check for current position of the construction machine and current time against the working area and working time zone of the setup working conditions. In case a construction machine is found to be in a state incongruent with both of the working area and the working time zone of the preset working conditions, the management inhibits operation of that construction machine.

摘要： A security system for a construction machine including a construction machine equipped with a body controller for storing a first password, management apparatus arranged in a location apart from the construction machine and a portable communications unit for storing a second password provided communicably with the management apparatus and the body controller. The portable communications unit, receiving the first password from the management apparatus, replaces the second password with the first password. The body controller determines whether the second password output from the portable communications unit coincides with the first password. In case these passwords coincide with each other, an engine drive signal is output. Otherwise the engine is kept inoperable. This prevents possible theft of a construction machine.
