摘要: A press assembly including a die assembly having a trim die defining an annular cavity wherein the trim die is fixed to the press assembly, a punch assembly including a trim punch having an annular boss that is correspondingly shaped to the annular cavity, wherein the trim punch is movable relative to the die assembly, and an ejector assembly including an ejector arm, wherein the ejector arm is mounted to the punch assembly. The object is pressed into the annular cavity of the trim die by the annular boss of the trim punch when the annular boss is slidably received in the annular cavity, and the ejector arm pushes the object upwardly within the annular cavity of the trim die when the annular boss of the trim punch is removed from the annular cavity.

The second arm has a drive plane. The third arm has a shaft member formed with a driven surface contacting with the drive plane. The displacement of the second arm is transmitted to the third arm with sliding between the driven surface and the drive plane.

摘要: A variable valve apparatus of an internal combustion engine includes a cam shaft, a drive cam formed integrally with the cam shaft, and a rocker arm mechanism for transmitting an opening/closing force from an operating end portion thereof to an intake or an exhaust valve by receiving the opening/closing force by a drive cam opposed roller brought into contact with the drive cam. For displacing a lift time period, in which the drive cam opposed roller receives the opening/closing force, frontward/rearward in a direction of rotating the drive cam, an up section of a cam lift face of the drive cam is formed to be longer than a down section thereof such that a change region of a lift valve closing time point of the lift time period becomes larger than a change region of a lift valve opening time point thereof.

摘要: In a variable valve apparatus according to the present invention, a direction of a maximum load generated during valve lift at an oscillating fulcrum of a transmission arm with respect to a control shaft and a rotating direction when the control shaft is varied from the valve lift side to the low-valve lift side are set in the same direction. Consequently, the control shaft is made to easily oscillate in the direction from the high valve lift side to the low valve lift side.

摘要: The present valve mechanism for an internal combustion engine makes it possible to reliably perform switching between the low-velocity operation mode and the high-velocity operation mode without delay. The valve mechanism includes: a first rocker arm which is supported by a rocker shaft in an oscillatory manner; a second rocker arm which is supported by the rocker shaft in an oscillatory manner; a cylinder provided for either said first rocker arm or said second rocker arm, said cylinder communicating with an oil passage; a first piston fitted in said cylinder in a slidable manner; an engaging protrusion provided in a protruding condition for the remaining one of said first rocker arm and said second rocker arm, said engaging protrusion being capable of engaging with said first piston; and a second piston which moves said first piston to an engaging position.

摘要: A motor of this invention is provided with a sleeve-type bearing impregnated with oil for supporting a rotor assembly including a shaft and a rotor member. A lower face of the rotor is provided with at least two peripheral wall portions, an inner peripheral wall portion and an outer peripheral wall portion, which surround the shaft with a gap therebetween in a radial direction. The peripheral wall portions are accommodated in an annular recessed portion so as to surround an open space over a sleeve constituted the sleeve-type bearing and has a lower top of the most inner part. The lower end of the inner peripheral wall portion is located lower than the lower end of the outer peripheral wall portion, and the lower end of the outer peripheral wall portion is located lower than the lower top of the annular recessed portion.

摘要: A variable valve train apparatus operable in a low-speed mode in which a low-speed rocker arm is rocked by a low-speed cam through a roller or a slipper to thereby open or close an intake valve, and in a high-speed mode in which a high-speed rocker arm is rocked by a high-speed cam through a roller or a slipper and a changeover mechanism part on the side of the low-speed rocker arm is pressed by a changeover mechanism part on the side of the high speed rocker arm together with which the low-speed rocker arm is rocked to open or close the intake valve. The axis of the changeover mechanism part is positioned at the middle of the width of the roller or slipper in the axial direction of the rocker shaft to prevent inclination of the high-speed rocker arm.
