摘要: In a multi-processor system, an exit control circuit unit 330 of a crossbar-network module 300 to which a plurality of nodes 200 are connected is provided with a staying-time monitoring circuit 410 for issuing a special BC packet 530 for all of the exit control circuits 330 when the staying-time of a PP packet 510 in a PP buffer 331 exceeds a predetermined value; a special BC packet detection circuit 420 for detecting the arrival of the special BC packet 530; and a mode switching unit 400 for performing switching, when the special BC packet 530 arrives, from a BC prioritized mode M1 for transmitting the BC packet 520 in a BC buffer 332 prior to the PP packet 510 in the PP buffer 331, to a PP prioritized mode M2 that gives priority to the PP packet 510 staying in the PP buffer 331 over the BC packet 520.

摘要: Secret information is shared by a group of members by giving each member a first share of the information. To reconstruct the secret information, a subgroup consisting of some or all of the members generate second shares from their first shares, and distribute the second shares to the other members of the subgroup. Each member of the subgroup performs an operation on the second shares it receives and one second share it generated itself to obtain an intermediate result. The intermediate results are transmitted to one or more members of the subgroup, or to a central facility, where the original secret information is obtained from a further operation performed on the intermediate results. The original secret information can thereby be obtained without compromising the secrecy of the first shares, and without forcing the members to reveal their identities.

摘要: To code the current frame of a moving picture, a weighting coefficient and the mean pixel values in the current frame and a reference frame are obtained. The weighting coefficient is used to modify the mean pixel value in the reference frame, and an offset value is calculated from the resulting modified mean pixel value and the mean pixel value in the current frame. Reference image blocks are then selected from the reference frame, and a predicted image block is generated by applying the weighting coefficient and the offset value to each selected reference image block. Because of the modification of the mean pixel value of the reference frame, pixel values in the predicted image blocks are distributed around the mean pixel value in the current frame, which leads to efficient coding.

摘要: In a production method in which an acrylic acid-containing solution obtained from an acrylic acid-containing gas (or an acrylic acid-containing liquid obtained simply by subjecting the acrylic acid-containing solution to a separation process of reaction by-products) is directly subjected to a crystallization process, the crystallization process can't be carried out smoothly in an unsteady state (when the concentration of water in the acrylic acid-containing solution is high). The present invention aims to provide a method for collecting the purified acrylic acid having high purity in good yield even in an unsteady state. When the acrylic acid-containing solutions 18 and 16 have a concentration of water higher than 10 mass % (unsteady state), the purified acrylic acid 20 and 22 or the acrylic acid-containing solution 23 containing 10 mass % or less of water is mixed therewith to make the concentration of water 10 mass % or less [a] [b]. Alternatively, when the acrylic acid-containing solutions 18 and 16 have a concentration of water higher than 10 mass %, it is used as an absorption liquid [c]. Thereafter, the crystallization process is carried out.

摘要: The present invention provides a process for more efficiently producing an α-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester wherein side reactions due to the α-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester are inhibited or prevented in comparison with prior art production processes. The invention provides a process for producing an α-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester comprising Steps 1 to 3:Step 1. reacting, in the presence of oxygen, (i) a 1,2-diol with a 1,2-diol or (ii) a 1,2-diol with an alcohol to obtain a reaction product containing an α-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester;Step 2. separating the α-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester from the reaction product obtained in Step 1 by distillation under reduced pressure; andStep 3. feeding Step 1 with a mixture obtained by partially or entirely removing water from the reaction product, wherein the mixture contains an unreacted 1,2-diol and/or alcohol.
