The map information stored in the optical disc records a playback duration for only first and last units of a plurality of audio object units (AOBU) comprised in an audio object (AOB) for each AOB when audio data in the variable bit rate mode is to be recorded, and records the sizes and playback duration of the AOBU for the last one of AOBUs comprised in AOB and for any one of the AOBUs except for the last AOBU.

The data broadcast display device includes a reception unit that receives object data for generating the left-view and right-view objects, a display data generation unit that generates the left-view and right-view objects using the received object data while providing notification upon completion of the generation of each object, and a display control unit that determines, at predetermined time intervals, whether the notification has been received for both the left-view and right-view objects, includes both the left-view and right-view objects in a data broadcast image for display when determining affirmatively, and includes neither the left-view nor the right-view object in the data broadcast image for display when determining negatively.

摘要： The present invention provides a playback apparatus for playing back one combination video by combining a broadcast video with any additional video not determined by a fixed position relative to the broadcast video. The playback apparatus comprises: a first receiving unit that receives, via a broadcast wave, a broadcast video composed of broadcast images, each broadcast image being a portion of a frame image among a plurality of frame images constituting the original video; a second receiving unit that receives an additional video composed of remaining images, each remaining image being the remaining portion of the frame image; an arrangement information acquiring unit that acquires arrangement information indicating an arrangement of the broadcast image and the remaining image in the frame image; and a playback unit that reproduces and plays back the frame images by arranging the broadcast images and the remaining images based on the arrangement information.

摘要： A management device of a license management system acquires a usage request of a content from an SD card or a printer via a relay device, analyzes the acquired usage request, acquires usage environment information of the SD card or the printer from the relay device, analyzes the acquired usage environment information, generates license information including a usage rule corresponding to the analysis results of the usage request and the usage environment information, generates instruction information indicating how to handle the license information in the relay device based on the analysis result of the usage environment information, embeds the generated instruction information in the license information, and sends the license information to the relay device. The relay device receives the license information in which the instruction information is embedded, and transfers the received license information to the SD card or the printer according to the instruction information which is embedded in the license information with performing certain processing or without performing any processing to the license information.
