    摘要: A degradation diagnosis method for simply performing degradation diagnosis of a gas sensor such as a hydrogen sensor. The hydrogen sensor has a reference detector member and common detector member, with each detector member respectively constituted of a detector element and temperature compensating element that form a pair. Power is normally supplied to the common detector member, which performs concentration detection of the hydrogen gas. When performing degradation diagnosis of this common detector member, concentration detection is performed simultaneously by each detector member for the gas of the prescribed hydrogen concentration by supplying power to both the common detector member and reference detector member and comparing the output value of the common detector member and the output value of the reference detector member.

    摘要: A substrate treatment apparatus that treats a substrate under treatment has an interface section, a substrate loading/unloading section, a reduced pressure atmosphere conveyance chamber, and an exposure treatment chamber. The interface section has a conveyance mechanism that can freely load and unload the substrate under treatment from another device into the apparatus or vice versa. The substrate under treatment can be loaded and unloaded into and from the substrate loading/unloading section in one direction by the conveyance mechanism of the interface section. The reduced pressure atmosphere conveyance chamber is disposed adjacent to and perpendicular to the direction of the substrate loading/unloading section and has a conveyance mechanism that conveys the substrate under treatment under a reduced pressure atmosphere. The exposure treatment chamber is disposed adjacent to and in parallel with the direction of the reduced pressure atmosphere conveyance chamber and performs an exposure treatment for the substrate under treatment.

    摘要: In a path along which lines extend between an engine room and a trunk room, the distance between the line 34 and the line 36 is made smaller than the distance between the line 32 and the line 34. Further, the distance between the line 36 and the line 38 is made smaller than the distance between the line 32 and the line 38. Even if a conductive member damages the lines upon collision of a vehicle, the lines 34 and 38 transmitting signals for control of the relays are more likely to be short-circuited with the line 36 to attain a ground potential than to be short-circuited with the line 32 to attain a power supply potential +B. This can lower the probability that the system main relays, once controlled to an open state upon collision, become conductive again after the collision.

    摘要: An overhead installed communication system includes a cabinet body which includes an electronic circuit device and a door which is supported by the cabinet body through a hinge so that the door can be opened and closed. The system is installed overhead and external cables are introduced into the system. A box is provided inside the door, and the box is sealed in a condition where a lid is closed. A connector is provided in the box, electric wires extending from the electronic circuit device are connected to the connector and the external cables are connected to the connector after being introduced into the system.

    摘要: A composite ceramic material which is available by sintering a mixed powder of a dielectric material and a magnetic material, and contains a third component serving to inhibit a chemical reaction between the dielectric material and the magnetic material during sintering of the mixed powder and reduce the sintering temperature, and particularly, an EMI filter, a composite LC pan and a composite LC chip part made from such a composite ceramic material. The starting end and the terminal end of the inductor are exposed on the both end faces of the bare chip, and signal electrodes are provided at these ends. Ends of the conductors for grounding are exposed on the other both ends of the bare chip, and grounding electrodes are provided at these ends. The conductors for inductor are spirally connected in succession in the thickness direction of the bare chip via throughholes provided in the sheets within the bare chip to form an inductor. The conductors for grounding are adjacent to, and spaced apart by a distance sufficient for insulation from the conductors for inductor in a plane within the bare chip and piled up alternately with the conductors for inductor to form capacitors each between a conductor for grounding and a conductor for the inductor.

    摘要: A fuel pressure control valve device comprising: a case; a fuel introducing port and a fuel discharge port; a diaphragm dividing the interior of the case into two chambers; an armature; a resilient member; a pole constituting a fuel passage for discharging fuel; and a sphere as a valve body for opening or closing the fuel passage in the pole. The fuel passage in the pole includes: a fuel passage for guiding the sphere; a valve seat to be abutted against the sphere; and a resilient member for giving a biasing force to the sphere to abut the sphere against the armature. Auxiliary fuel passages are formed in or on the wall of the fuel passage for guiding the sphere. A spring seat is provided at the outer peripheral portion thereof with a stepped portion which receives a coil spring.
