    摘要： A system of hoods built into hooded hunting garments, which makes the hunting garment multifunctional for concealment, or for high visibility safety. The hood system consists of an outer hood that is drab or camouflage, matching the garment itself, for the purpose of concealment, and an inner hood that is blaze color or blaze camouflage, for the purpose of high visibility safety. The hunter can quickly, easily, and quietly alternate on demand in the field, between functions of concealment or safety by selecting how the hoods are worn and exposed, without having to remove the entire garment from the body, or detach/reattach components, to do so. The hoods and garment's functions can be altered with one hand, and without removing hand coverings. The system of hoods creates a single multifunctional hunting garment that replaces the need for two distinct garments for specific hunting applications.

    摘要： To alleviate the problems that exist in the current state of the art, this invention provides a beekeeper's veil with an opening directly over and in front of the face of the wearer, providing fast, easy access through the veil with out the risk or fears mentioned above. The zipper used to open/close the face-covering panel is preferably visible to the beekeeper so that they do not have to rely on “feel” or mirrors. The head-covering portion of the veil does not have to be lifted over the head, but instead opens directly over the face, making it easy to quickly drink water, wipe sweat from the eyes, or smoke a cigarette. This also allows individuals not familiar with beekeeping to lose precious time attempting to give aid.

    摘要： A reconfigurable backpack with enhanced safety features uses a base panel, a folding line, a storage compartment, a shoulder strap, and a bag-securing mechanism. The base panel is a flexible piece of material that has a first edge and a second edge which are located on opposite ends of the base panel. The folding line is a line of demarcation that is integrated into the base panel and indicates where the base panel should be folded to be correctly reconfigured. The storage compartment is a sealable pouch that is connected to the base panel and used to carry personal items. The shoulder strap is connected in between the first edge and the second edge so that the user is able to support the base panel and the storage compartment on the shoulders. The bag-securing mechanism maintains the base panel in a folded configuration when engaged.

    摘要： A coat having a thickness of material in a chest region that is thinner than a thickness of material in the sleeves in order to allow a safety harness to be tightened snuggly against the chest of a wearer of the coat. A vest may be worn over the coat to augment the thermal insulating properties of the torso region of the coat when it is not being used with a safety harness. Alternatively, the coat may include a chest cover attached at the sides of the torso region, with the chest cover being opened at the front of the chest to provide access to the chest region for tightening of the safety harness, and closed after the harness is tightened to provide additional thermal insulation. Sleeves of the coat may include an outer material which can be removed for use of the coat in warmer temperatures.
