    摘要: A workpiece machining apparatus including a headstock to which a workpiece having a through-hole extending in a Z-axis direction is attached; a tool rest which is movable in the Z-axis direction and in an X-axis direction; and a rotary tool unit which is attached to the tool rest, is provided. The headstock has a support member which is movable in the Z-axis direction and which has a spindle side contact portion in an end portion in the Z-axis direction. The rotary tool unit has a tool body having a tool side contact portion with which the spindle side contact portion can come into contact in the Z-axis direction, and a rotatable tool which protrudes from the tool body. The rotating tool machines the workpiece by moving the tool body in the Z-axis direction in a state where the spindle side contact portion and the tool side contact portion are brought into contact with each other.

    摘要: In a method and a device for machining an elongate workpiece that is not rotationally symmetrical in the form of turbine blades, the workpiece is supported by a steady rest that has clamping elements for clamping the workpiece on the cross-section thereof that is not rotationally symmetrical. After clamping the workpiece, the steady rest moves with its open clamping elements along the longitudinal axis of the workpiece into a supporting position. During movement of the steady rest into the supporting position and/or while the supporting position of the steady rest is being changed, a collision between the open clamping elements of the steady rest and the workpiece is prevented by a program-controlled rotation of a rotary part of the steady rest.

The tool headstock (100) operates a mill tool (110) and includes a comb-shaped cutting tool rest (150) having turning tools attached at the opposite side of a housing in a comb-shaped manner, so that turning processing can be performed with tool indexing in a short time.

    摘要: The invention provides a composite working lathe capable of improving the efficiency of workpiece machining area by arranging a workpiece handling device below a spindle of the composite working lathe. The composite working lathe 1 comprises a spindle 20 and a tool spindle 30 on a bed 10. A workpiece handling device 40 arranged below the spindle 20 can be moved along a W axis parallel to the axis line C1 of the spindle. The workpiece handling device 40 has a workpiece handling head 50 that pivots in the direction of arrow F around an axis line C2, and grips the workpiece K1 via a gripper 60. The axis line C2 is an axis perpendicular to the vertical plane including the axis line C1 of the spindle 20, and the workpiece handling head 50 is raised for 90 degrees when the gripper 60 receives the workpiece K1 from the spindle 20. The angular position of the workpiece handling head 50 is allocated and the workpiece K1 is machined via a tool T1 on the tool spindle 30.
