摘要: The present technology is directed to identifying road surface features and underground features using a ground-penetrating radar (GPR) sensor. The present technology may include activating the GPR sensor on a vehicle to transmit a pulsed electromagnetic signal toward a ground surface. The present technology may also include receiving the pulsed electromagnetic signal reflected from the road surface features and underground features by the GPR sensor. The present technology may also include filtering the pulsed electromagnetic signal to generate a shallow-GPR data or deep-GPR data, wherein the shallow-GPR data is used to identify the road surface features and the deep-GPR is used to identify the underground features. The present technology may also include adjusting operational parameters based on at least one of the road surface features and the underground features.

摘要: A damper control apparatus for controlling a front damper at a front wheel and a rear damper at a rear wheel. The damper control apparatus includes: a preview sensor configured to detect a road surface state in front of a vehicle; a steering angle sensor configured to detect a steering angle of the vehicle; and a controller configured to control the front and rear dampers based on a detected value of the preview sensor. In response to the steering angle sensor detecting a steering angle that exceeds a predetermined steering angle threshold, the controller is configured to reduce control of the rear damper that is based on the detected value of the preview sensor.

摘要: A ground plane detection system for a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle with enhanced maneuverability characteristics of a type including a frame structure, a pair of front road engaging wheels, a pair of rear road engaging wheels. The detection system includes, a body controller configured for determining a ground plane including receiving at least one of a GPS signal and an inertial navigation system signal. The body controller is further configured for providing a roll and a pitch signal with respect to the ground plane; and the body controller combining the signals with inputs from one or more sensors detecting displacement of the front and rear road engaging wheels. The body controller is also configured to determine a terrain plane reference to the ground plane, and providing control signals to cause the vehicle to undertake an earth level orientation mode or a terrain following orientation mode.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a road information correction method, apparatus, and system based on vehicle-to-everything (V2X). The method includes: sending a road information map to a first vehicle, such that the first vehicle obtains first original road information by using the road information map, and collects real-time road information; receiving the real-time road information uploaded by the first vehicle; determining, according to the real-time road information, whether the stored first original road information needs to be corrected; and if yes, correcting the stored first original road information according to the real-time road information; otherwise, not correcting the stored first original road information. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, road information stored in a cloud can be corrected in a timely manner, and fast-changing information and slow-changing information can be identified to provide different determining mechanisms for the two, thereby ensuring precision of correcting road information.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention address the area of predictive suspension control system for a vehicle, particularly a two-wheel vehicle such as a motor cycle or a scooter. The system includes a stereo sensor unit which for generating image data, a computing unit which extracts a relevant image portion from the image data based on future vehicle path data, and calculates road unevenness on a future vehicle path of the vehicle based on the generated image data. A suspension control unit generates an adaptation signal for adapting the suspension based on the calculated road unevenness. The computing unit adapts a search direction of a stereo algorithm or a correlation area of the stereo algorithm based on a lean angle of the vehicle to generate the three-dimensional partial image data from the relevant image portion, and fits a road model to the three-dimensional partial image data to calculate the road unevenness.
