摘要: An electrified vehicle high voltage battery pack has series-connected battery units or cells combining to provide the high voltage. To power a low voltage bus (e.g., for low voltage accessories or charging a low voltage battery) in a balanced manner, a plurality of DC/DC converters each has an input coupled to a respective battery unit and the converters have respective outputs coupled in parallel to the low voltage bus. A first loop controller receives an actual bus voltage. The first controller generates a target current in response to the bus voltage adapted to regulate the actual bus voltage to a target voltage less than the high voltage. A second controller distributes the target current into a plurality of allocated current commands for respective converters according to respective states of charge of the battery units connected to the converters.

摘要: A first switch and a second switch connected in series to both terminals of a DC power source. A signal generation circuit generates a feedback signal based on the DC voltage detected by the voltage detection circuit, and outputs the feedback signal, the feedback signal for turning the first and second switches on and off. A burst oscillation circuit that generates a burst oscillation signal based on a feedback signal and turns the first switch element and the second switch element on and off based on the burst oscillation signal when the standby state is detected. The burst oscillation circuit comprises a capacitor and a rapid charge circuit. When this device returns from standby state to normal state, the rapid charging circuit charges the capacitor after the feedback signal exceeds the cancellation threshold voltage.

摘要: If an input voltage of a DC/DC converter is lower than a first voltage value that is set in advance, a converter controller maintains an output voltage of the DC/DC converter within a first voltage range that is set in advance by changing an operation frequency of switching of the DC/DC converter in compliance with the input voltage as a first voltage maintaining control. If the input voltage is higher than a second voltage value that is higher than the first voltage value, the converter controller maintains the output voltage within a second voltage range that is higher than the first voltage range by changing the operation frequency in compliance with the input voltage as a second voltage maintaining control.

The isolated power converter includes a square wave generator, an isolated transformer, and a primary side filter circuit coupled therebetween. The current sampling apparatus includes: a first sampling circuit coupled to the primary side of the isolated transformer and sampling a total current of the primary side of the isolated transformer and outputting a first sampling current; and a shunt circuit receiving the first sampling current. The shunt circuit includes a first shunt branch circuit through which the first sampling current is transformed into an excitation sampling current and a second shunt branch circuit through which the first sampling current is transformed into a current to be sampled.

摘要: A control device for a switching power converter having an inductor element, a switch coupled to the inductor element, a storage element coupled to an output on which an output voltage is provided, and a diode element coupled to the storage element. The control device generates a command signal to control the switch and determine storage of energy in the inductor element in a first interval, and transfer of energy onto the storage element through the diode element in a second interval. A voltage shifter module generates a feedback voltage shifted relative to the output voltage. An amplification module has a first input receiving the feedback voltage, a second input receiving the reference voltage, and an output that supplies, as a function of the difference between the feedback and reference voltages, a control signal. A control unit receives the control signal and generates the command signal to control the switch.

A switching power supply can be coupled between the energy storage device and the DC bus of the power converter. The switching power supply can include a bi-directional resonant DC to DC converter. The bi-directional resonant converter can include a plurality of switching elements, a resonant circuit coupled to the at least one switching element, and a filtering circuit coupled to the resonant circuit. The bi-directional resonant converter can be configured to accommodate power flow in at least two directions.

The present invention, by arranging the consumption reducing module, enables an electric current flowing through the power device to be zero at the moment of turning on or turning off the power device in the voltage boosting unit, which realizes zero current turn-on or turn-off of the power device, and reduces consumption of the electric energy.

摘要: A commutation current steering method is provided for a power converter having an isolation transformer, a plurality of primary ZVS switches, a plurality of secondary switches for synchronous rectification, and a boosting resonant circuit. A commutation current is shared between all of the switches, and a resonance is induced in the boosting resonant circuit by controlling each of the synchronous rectifier switches to turn off at a time prior to a turn-off time for a corresponding one of the switches operating under ZVS conditions, wherein the primary current is boosted above a minimum commutation value during ZVS periods. The ZVS switches are further driven with a constant dead time, and the synchronous rectifier switches are driven to provide a fixed time relation with respect to all of the switches.
