    摘要: A method for manufacturing a cold-forged, extruded aluminum alloy tube includes: providing a primary material made of an aluminum alloy material, and a first cold extrusion apparatus; processing the primary material to form a preform; subjecting the preform to a homogeneous annealing by heating to a temperature of about 410° C. to 510° C. and then cooling to a temperature of about 160° C. to 200° C.; testing the hardness of the preform; immersing the preform in a lubricant which is a lipid having a viscosity index equal to or greater than 170, a flash point equal to or greater than 240° C., a pour point equal to or greater than −24° C., and a fire point equal to or greater than 255° C.; and subjecting the preform to cold extrusion.

    摘要: An inner grooved tube forming apparatus capable of manufacturing an inner grooved tube with a stable quality by reducing the weight of each member and improving the durability to allow high-speed rotation of a planetary ball die. A grooved plug 12 is fixed to the front end of a mandrel 11, and is in contact with the inner surface of a mother tube 10. Balls 13 are in contact with the outer surface of the mother tube 10. The balls 13 are accommodated inside a ball track retaining outer ring 14. A ball retainer 20 is provided inside the outer ring 14 to retain the balls 13. The outer ring 14 is fixed to a rotating shaft 19 by a cylinder 16 and a front cap 17. A bearing 21 is mounted inside the cylinder 16, and a support member 22 is rotatably supported through the bearing 21 to the cylinder 16. The outer ring 14 and the support member 22 are formed of ceramic, and the ball retainer 20 is formed of synthetic resin. Accordingly, the weight of the apparatus as a whole can be reduced, thus allowing high-speed rotation.

    摘要: Formation of continuous grooves on the internal surface of a tube shell, in a single continuous cold drawing step, in which the tube shell is first sunk in a die over a reduced diameter cylindrical mandrel portion so that the diameter of the inner surface of the tube shell is reduced to a dimension below the base of the grooves of a grooved plug portion of the mandrel thereby retarding longitudinal movement of a portion of the reduced internal surface of the sunk tube shell at a plurality of circumferentially spaced intervals to effect formation of longitudinally continuous shallow grooves. The mandrel is allowed to rotate if it is desirable to facilitate the formation of spiral grooves on the tube inner surface.
