Abstract: An annular shaped-charge and blasting housing and a use method thereof are provided. The annular shaped-charge and blasting housing includes a PVC segment and multiple notch grooves. Grooves are notched on a W-shaped PVC segment formed by machining. The notching angle of the groove and the spacing distance between the grooves can be adjusted according to use requirements. And, the W-shaped PVC segment after being cut may not be limited to have eight notch grooves, and the number of the notch grooves of a single one PVC segment can be adjusted according to actual working conditions. The PVC segment can be folded and closed to form the annular shaped-charge and blasting housing. Therefore, the housing of the embodiments is simple in production, the linear segment can be bended and folded by utilizing the plasticity of the PVC material. The manufacturing process of the housing is simple and feasible. The housing of the embodiments is convenient to use and can meet the requirements of the annular shaped-charge cutting in blasting engineering. Meanwhile, the housing of the embodiments are widely applied. Further, the housing is not only applicable to annular shaped-charge cutting for the bottoms of holes to improve the planeness of the tunnel faces or the berm for the bench blasting, but also applicable to the cut blasting to improve the cut effect.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for controlling an amount of silicon added to ductile cast iron, a method for casting ductile cast iron, and a cast product, which relate to the technical fields of metallurgical and cast iron alloys. The method for controlling an amount of silicon added to ductile cast iron includes smelting ductile cast iron using scrap steel as a raw material. After the scrap steel is melted into molten iron, a copper alloy is added so that the molten iron has a copper equivalent of 0.8% to 1.0%, wherein the copper equivalent is controlled by formula (II). Then, ferrosilicon is added so that the content of silicon added to the molten iron satisfies formula (I).

Abstract: A controllable magnetic field-assisted finishing apparatus for an inner surface and a finishing method are provided. The apparatus includes a housing, ball screw mechanisms, a workpiece, a centering clamp, a connecting plate, a magnetic field generating device, a chuck clamp, a precise displacement platform and a base. The magnetic field generating device includes electromagnetic coils, coil connecting plates, a magnetic yoke, nuts, springs and bolts. The magnetic field generating device dynamically adjusts a distance from the magnetic yoke to the outer surface of the workpiece through the springs. The movement tracks of the magnetic finishing medium are controlled by the formed rotation of the magnetic field, the finishing action force dynamic-adjustment, the optimization of the machining form of the magnetic finishing medium in collaboration with the rotation of the chuck clamp and the feed movement of the precise displacement platform.

The present disclosure further provides a method for preparing a plant preparation, including treating the above parts of plants with ethanol.
