摘要: A matrix type hot work tool steel, in use, has an improved abrasive wear resistance in demanding applications. The steel is suited for applications in hot forging, die casting or hot extrusion. It is also suitable for press hardening, in particular for press hardening of Advance High Strength Steel (AHSS) and has a high hot wear resistance. The hot work tool steel has a composition including, in weight % (wt. %): C 0.65-0.85; Si 0.03-0.8; Mn 0.1-1.8; Cr 4.5-6.6; Mo 1.8-3.5; V 1.3-2.3; Al≤0.1; N≤0.12; Ni≤1; W≤0.5; Co≤2; Cu≤1; Nb≤0.1; Ti≤0.05; Zr≤0.05; Ta≤0.05; B≤0.01; Ca≤0.01; Mg≤0.01; REM≤0.2; and balance Fe and impurities.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the field of screw pump technologies, and in particular to a rotary mold extrusion molding process of a screw pump rotor. The rotary mold extrusion molding process of a screw pump rotor includes: performing isothermal spheroidizing annealing for a metal embryo material after treating the metal embryo material ultrasonically for 8˜30 s; performing cylindrical turning for the annealed metal embryo material and then performing sand-blasting, and soaking the metal embryo material in saponified oil for 10˜30 min for lubrication treatment, where the saponified oil contains a nano-silicon carbide of 0.5%˜8% which is a nano-silicon carbide mixture with particle sizes of 20˜60 nm and 140˜200 nm with a mixed weight ratio of 1:(2.8˜4); at room temperature, placing the metal embryo material into an extrusion cylinder to perform rotary mold extrusion molding so as to obtain a finished product.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the field of screw pump technologies, and in particular to a rotary mold extrusion molding process of a screw pump rotor. The rotary mold extrusion molding process of a screw pump rotor includes: performing isothermal spheroidizing annealing for a metal embryo material after treating the metal embryo material ultrasonically for 8˜30 s; performing cylindrical turning for the annealed metal embryo material and then performing sand-blasting, and soaking the metal embryo material in saponified oil for 10˜30 min for lubrication treatment, where the saponified oil contains a nano-silicon carbide of 0.5%˜8% which is a nano-silicon carbide mixture with particle sizes of 20˜60 nm and 140˜200 nm with a mixed weight ratio of 1:(2.8˜4); at room temperature, placing the metal embryo material into an extrusion cylinder to perform rotary mold extrusion molding so as to obtain a finished product.

摘要: A self-lubricating rolling bearing is provided. The chemical compositions in the inner rings and the outer rings of bearing are 3.4-3.7% C, 2.7-2.9% Si, 0.3-0.5% Mn, 0.3-0.5% Cr, ≤0.05% S, ≤0.05% P, 0.03-0.045% Residual Mg, and the remainder Fe. The total percent of the chemical compositions is 100%. The material for the inner and outer rings of the rolling bearing introduced in the invention is austempered ductile iron (ADI). In the microstructure of ADI, the diameter of the graphite nodules is less than 0.02 mm, the number of graphite spheres per square millimeter is more than 400, and the microstructure of the metal matrix in the ADI can be showed clearly only when it is observed on the microscope with a magnification more than 500. Eventually, the self-lubricating rolling bearings are made from the ADI.

摘要: The present invention provides an annealed steel material having a composition containing, in mass %, 0.28≤C≤0.42, 0.01≤Si≤1.50, 0.20≤Mn≤1.20, 4.80≤Cr≤6.00, 0.80≤Mo≤3.20, 0.40≤V≤1.20, and 0.002≤N≤0.080, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities; in which the annealed steel material has a cross-sectional size of a thickness of 200 mm or more and a width of 250 mm or more, and a hardness of 100 HRB or less; and in which a diameter of a largest ferritic grain observed in a microstructure is 120 μm or less in terms of a perfect circle equivalent, an area ratio of carbides is 3.0% or more and less than 10.5%, and an average particle diameter of the carbides is 0.18 μm or more and 0.29 μm or less.

摘要: A high carbon hot rolled steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, wherein excellent cold workability and excellent hardenability are obtained stably. The high carbon hot rolled steel sheet has a composition containing C: 0.20% to 0.48%, Si: 0.1% or less, Mn: 0.5% or less, P: 0.03% or less, S: 0.01% or less, sol. Al: more than 0.10% and 1.0% or less, N: 0.005% or less, B: 0.0005% to 0.0050%, and the remainder composed of Fe and incidental impurities, on a percent by mass basis, and a microstructure composed of ferrite and cementite, wherein the average grain size of the above-described ferrite is 10 to 20 μm and the spheroidization ratio of the above-described cementite is 90% or more.

A chemical composition of the steel for the carburizing and the steel portion of the carburized steel component satisfies simultaneously equations of a hardness parameter, a hardenability parameter, and a TiC precipitation parameter.
