Abstract:
Herein disclosed is a process of fabricating a semiconductor integrated circuit device, in which there is formed between a conductive layer prepared by covering a polycrystalline silicon layer with either a layer containing a refractory metal of high melting point, i.e., a refractory metal layer or a silicide layer of the refractory metal and a first insulating film made of phosphosilicate glass flowing over said conductive layer containing the refractory metal, a second insulating film preventing the layer containing a refractory metal from peeling from the polycrystalline silicon layer by the glass flow. The second insulating film is formed by deposition to have a thickness not smaller than a predetermined value.
Abstract:
A magnetic recording medium, produced by preparing a resin solution for magnetic paint containing a mixture of a radiation curable resin modified copolymer of (A) vinyl chloride, (B) a vinyl carboxylate, (C) vinyl alcohol, (D) an unsaturated carboxylic acid and (E) an unsaturated carboxylic anhydride, containing 50 to 90% by weight of (A) based on the total of the amounts of (A), (B) and (C), 0 to 30% by weight of (E) based on the total of the amounts of (D) and (E), and 1 to 5 parts by weight of the total of (D) and (E) based on 100 parts by weight of the total of (A), (B) and (C) and having an average polymerization degree of 100 to 400 and an other radiation curable resin, and a magnetic powder, applying the resultant magnetic paint to a nonmagnetic substrate, and curing the applied layer of paint with radiation.
Abstract:
A magnetic recording medium comprising a transparent plastic film substrate, a primer coating layer formed on the substrate and a magnetic layer for magnetic recording formed on the primer coating layer, wherein said primer coating layer is formed by dispersing carbon black in a radiation curable coating material composed essentially of at least one oligomer or polymer containing at least one radiation curable unsaturated double bond per molecule and curing the resulting dispersion by radiation.
Abstract:
A line recognition adapted for recognizing a drawing in which a plurality of lines overlapping one another are indicated by a given one of the mutually overlapping lines and overlap symbols representative of the other lines. The overlap symbols are so configured as to give information as to line kinds of the other lines such as solid line, dash line and chain line and/or information as to colors of the other lines. The paths of the other lines are estimated on the basis of the overlap symbols as well as the positions at which they are inserted, for thereby recognizing the whole line paths or patterns of the drawing.
Abstract:
A solid state image pickup device having a plurality of solid state elements in a two-dimensional array so as to form picture cells. Each solid state element includes a photoelectric converting element and a switching field effect transistor to permit scanning of the elements by scanners. To counteract noise and blooming, a second field effect transistor acting as an amplifier is connected between the photoelectric converting element and the switching field effect transistor. A third field effect transistor is coupled to the photoelectric converting element for resetting the same.
