Abstract:
In the method for making graphene, an electrolyte solution is formed by dissolving an electrolyte lithium salt in an organic solvent. Lithium ions are separated out from the electrolyte lithium salt in the electrolyte solution. Metal lithium and graphite are disposed in the electrolyte solution, and the metal lithium and the graphite are in contact with each other. In the electrolyte solution, lithium ions and organic solvent molecules jointly insert between adjacent layers of the graphite to form a graphite intercalation compound. The graphene is peeled off from the graphite intercalation compound.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method for making a conjugated polymer. In the method, polyacrylonitrile, a solvent, and a catalyst are provided. The polyacrylonitrile is dissolved in the solvent to form a polyacrylonitrile solution. The catalyst is uniformly dispersed into the polyacrylonitrile solution. The polyacrylonitrile solution with the catalyst is heated to induce a cyclizing reaction of the polyacrylonitrile, thereby forming a conjugated polymer solution with conjugated polymer.

Abstract:
A white light emitting diode comprises a light emitting diode chip for emitting a blue light, a first wavelength conversion layer and a second wavelength conversion layer. The light emitting diode chip comprises a first lighting area and a second lighting area through which at least two currents flow, respectively. The first wavelength conversion layer is coated on the first lighting area and generates a first conversion light upon excitation by the blue light. A warm white light is generated by mixing the blue light and the first conversion light. The second wavelength conversion layer is coated on the second lighting area and generates a second conversion light upon excitation by the blue light. A cold white light is generated by mixing the blue light and the second conversion light. The amount of the currents can be controlled to modify the luminescence intensity of each light area, thus adjusting the color temperature of the white LED.

Abstract:
A rotor type orientation sensor includes a housing, a plurality of light emitters, two light receivers and a rotor. The housing has a circular tunnel and a plurality of first openings connecting to the tunnel and two second openings located on two sides of the first openings. The light emitters emit light into the tunnel through the first openings. The light receivers receive light from the tunnel through the second openings. The rotor is arranged in the tunnel, whereby while the rotor type orientation sensor is tilting, the rotor rotates toward the direction of gravity force, at least a portion of light emitted from the light emitters is blocked by the rotor, one of the light receivers is blocked by the rotor, the light receivers can respectively receive light with predetermined intensity and correspondingly output electric signals with predetermined strength.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light source package structure, which comprises: an accommodating space for accommodating a light source, a first refraction surface, and at least a second refraction surface. The first refraction surface receives light discharging from the light source while refracting the same to form a first refracting light, the upper part of the first refraction surface further comprising a refracting structure for refracting the light emitted from the light source. The second refraction surface receives and refracts the first refracting light to form a discharging light being emitted out of the light source package structure. Wherein, an included angle is formed between the normal vector of a portion of the second refraction surface and the central axis of the light source package structure. It is noted that the aforesaid package structure can be used in various packaging for improving refraction. In a preferred embodiment, a light source of light emitting diode (LED) is packaged by the light source package structure of the invention for enabling the light emitted from the LED to be discharged out of the package structure by a large angle after being refracted multiple times, so that the LED package structure can be adopted as a flat light source for diverse purpose applied in industry.
