    摘要: A control system of an industrial truck includes a first switch, a second switch and a hydraulic circuit. The first switch detects whether an operator sits on a seat, and carries out a first operation based on the result. The second switch detects whether a device for operating an actuator is operated, and carries out a second operation based on the result. The hydraulic circuit is used for operating the actuator. It a control valve, a first circulating line, a hydraulic line and a drive lock valve. The control valve includes a spool whose position is changed by the device. The first circulating line includes the control valve, through which the hydraulic fluid circulates. The hydraulic line connects the spool with the actuator. The drive lock valve is provided for the hydraulic line and blocks the hydraulic line, based on the first operation and/or the second operation.

The hydrorefining catalyst is obtained by kneading a porous starting powder principally composed of &ggr;-alumina and having a pore capacity of 0.75 m3/g or larger and a mean pore diameter of 10 to 200 &mgr;m, molding and calcining, and supporting an active metal component on the product.

    摘要: The present invention provides an ITO sputtering target and a method of cleaning the target. ITO ground powder which is deposited on a surface of the target requires removal to increase the cleanness of the target surface. This prevents the production of nodules caused by sputtering in order to restrain abnormal discharge and prevent the production of particles. Particles deposited on a sputtered surface of an ITO sintered target are removed by subjecting the sputtered surface to multiple-oscillation ultrasonic washing, or alternatively, by sticking an adhesive tape to the sputtered surface, sufficiently rubbing the tape against the surface, and then peeling the tape off the surface. Both methods result in 400 or fewer deposited particles of 0.2 .mu.m or more average particle diameter being present in a 100 .mu.m.times.100 .mu.m area of the sputtered surface.
