摘要: In an image forming device, when a priority of outputting input data determined by a priority determining unit is higher than a priority of in-process data during image expansion performed by one of PDL interpreter units, a PDL control unit determines whether the one of the PDL interpreter units supports an interruption process, and an output sequence changing unit changes an output sequence stored in an output sequence storing unit such that, when the one of the PDL interpreter units supports the interruption process, another of the PDL interpreter units performs image expansion of the input data earlier than the image expansion of the in-process data, and when the one of the PDL interpreter units does not support the interruption process, another of the PDL interpreter units performs the image expansion of the input data later than the image expansion of the in-process data.

摘要: A communication control unit and a communication control system are provided in which control devices can synchronously operate. In a communication control system in which a communication control unit and multiple control devices having an actuator to operate a control target are connected via a network, the communication control unit provides a control command to the control devices, synchronizes times of the communication control unit and the control devices, obtains communication delays relative to the control devices, collects control start times of the control devices, obtains a time by subtracting the control start time from a predetermined time as a start time of the control device, calculates a time obtained by subtracting the communication delay from the start time for each control device, and transmits the control command to the control devices before the earliest time of the calculated times.

摘要: The present invention provides a shadow mask having an improved resistance to an impact such as vibration or dropping so as to keep a constant quality of a color cathode-ray tube. The object is achieved by a shadow mask in which throughholes are formed, each of the throughholes 2a and 2b having a rear side hole portion 4a or 4b through which an electron beam enters and a front side hole portion 3a or 3b through which the electron beam is emitted so as to form a beam spot having a prescribed shape on a surface to be irradiated; wherein, each of the throughholes 2a and 2b has a ridge portion 8, 8b or 8e formed by intersection of a taper surface 10, 10b or 10e of the rear side hole portion 4a or 4b and a taper surface 6, 6b or 6e of the front side hole portion 3a or 3b; the taper size T represented by a value a half the difference between the hole width S at end 7, 7b or 7e of the front side hole portion 3a or 3b and the hole width Q at the ridge portion 8, 8b or 8e is within a range of from 30 to 40% of the thickness t of the shadow mask; and the ridge portion is formed at a sectional height of up to 35 μm from the end 9 of the rear side hole portion 4a or 4b.

摘要: A method and apparatus for manufacturing an optical disc, a transparent disc substrate having two relatively wide-area surfaces thereof on at least one of which an information is recorded and a first reflective film is formed onto a dummy disc having similar relatively wide-area surfaces thereof on at least one which another information is recorded and a second reflective film having a light semi-transmissive characteristic is formed are bonded via an adhesive layer and, thereafter, an external force is applied between the dummy disc and the disc substrate through an integrated center hole penetrated through the dummy disc and the disc substrate at center positions thereof to peel off the dummy disc at a first interface between the dummy disc and the second reflective film thereof. In a preferred embodiment, a partial peeling off of the dummy disc from the second reflective film is carried out through a mechanical force and a complete peeling off of the dummy disc from the second reflective film is carried out through a supply of a compressed air to the first interface between the partially peeled dummy disc and the second reflective film.
