    摘要: Disclosed is a radiation shielding member having improved radiation absorption performance, including 80.0˜99.0 wt % of a polymer matrix or metal matrix and 1.0˜20.0 wt % of a radiation shielding material in the form of nano-particles having a size of 10˜900 nm as a result of pulverization, wherein the radiation shielding material is homogeneously dispersed in the matrix through powder mixing or melt mixing after treatment with a surfactant which is the same material as the matrix or which has high affinity for the matrix. A preparation method thereof is also provided. This radiation shielding member including the nano-particles as the shielding material further increases the collision probability of the shielding material with radiation, compared to conventional shielding members including micro-particles, thus reducing the mean free path of radiation in the shielding member, thereby exhibiting superior radiation shielding effects. At the same density, the shielding member has reduced thickness and volume and is thus lightweight. The porosity of the shielding member is minimized, thereby preventing the deterioration of shielding effects and properties of the shielding member and realizing applicability in spent fuel managing transport/storage environments and the like.

The NFC chip module is electrically connected to the base band chip of a mobile terminal, allows a command data signal, received from an external RF reader via an RF antenna, to be transmitted to the base band chip or a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) card of the mobile terminal, and receives the result of terminal processing of the base band chip which operates in compliance with an external command, and transmits the result of the terminal processing to the external RF reader via the RF antenna.

    摘要: A thin film transistor (TFT) substrate that is capable of providing a wide viewing angle and high contrast ratio without a decrease is aperture ratio is presented. The TFT substrate may be, for example, used with a patterned vertical alignment (PVA) mode LCD. The TFT substrate includes gate lines and data lines extending in non-parallel directions and a pixel electrode formed in a pixel region. The pixel region has two transmission regions separated from each other by a reflection region, and at least one of the gate lines is formed in the reflection region. A storage capacitor may also be formed in the reflection region. This configuration avoids the use of a bridge region between the two transmission regions that is responsible for aperture ratio decrease in the conventional configuration.

    摘要: A backlight assembly includes a light source generating light and a first optical member diffusing the light. The first optical member includes a first diffusion member provided on an exit surface of the first optical member, from which the light exits, to diffuse the light. The first diffusion member includes a plurality of edges each having a curved shape and extending between the exit surface and a vertex of the first diffusion member. Accordingly, the light exiting through the exit surface is effectively diffused by the edges of the first diffusion member.
