    摘要： The present invention relates to new pyrazole derivatives represented by the following general formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is aryl which is substituted with substituent(s) selected from the group consisting of lower alkylthio, cyclo(lower)alkyl, hydroxy, hydroxy(lower)alkyl, cyano, lower alkylenedioxy, acyl, acyloxy, aryloxy and lower alkoxy optionally substituted with acyl or lower alkoxy, R.sup.2 is halogen, halo(lower)alkyl, cyano or acyl, and R.sup.3 is aryl substituted with nitro, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio, lower alkylsulfinyl or lower alkylsulfonyl, provided that when R.sup.3 is aryl substituted with nitro, hydroxy or lower alkoxy, then R.sup.1 is aryl substituted with lower alkylthio, lower alkylsulfinyl or lower alkylsulfonyl, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

    摘要： Provided is a boot band that is configured for preventing the occurrence of buckling in the inner-layer portion of a band body. In the boot band, by applying a diameter-reducing tightening force on the band body when an engagement pawl of an inner-layer portion of the band body has entered a top-end engagement hole of an outer-layer portion of the band body, the top-end engagement hole rides over the engagement pawl. Buckling is prevented by providing, at the area of the top-end engagement hole opposite where the engagement pawl enters therein, a guide that faces the engagement pawl.

    摘要： A ring compression device including a non-rotatable substrate having a central axis. A plurality of longitudinal pressing members are arranged radially around the central axis in a plane. One end of each of the pressing members points toward the central axis. The pressing members can move toward or away from the central axis in the plane. A rotating body rotates around the central axis and parallel to the plane of the pressing members. A driving mechanism engages with the rotating body and the pressing members such that when the rotating body rotates all the pressing members move toward the central axis and apply force on a periphery of the ring.

The hinge device for connecting one member and another member so that the one member and the other member can open and close includes: a bracket which is fixed to one member; a shaft which is rotatably attached to the bracket and which is fixed to another member; a braking member which is attached to the shaft so that the braking member is non-rotatable but axially movable and which is held in sliding contact with the bracket and adapted to make mutual relative rotation; and a plate spring member which is attached to the shaft so that the plate spring member is non-rotatable but axially movable and which holds the braking member in press contact with the bracket. A surface of the bracket held in sliding contact with the braking member is provided with a recessed groove one end portion of which is formed as a tapered portion, with the surface of the braking member held in sliding contact with the bracket being provided with a protrusion coming into sliding contact with a sliding contact surface, a recessed groove, and a tapered portion of the bracket, the protrusion having a flat top portion at least one end of which is formed as a tapered portion continuous with the flat top portion.
