    摘要: An improved scroll compressor having a movable scroll that orbits without being inclined. The compressor has a fixed scroll formed in the housing. The movable scroll is accommodated in the housing and mates with the fixed scroll. The movable scroll is driven by a drive shaft via a crank mechanism. A flange is formed at the periphery of the movable scroll and lies perpendicular to the drive shaft. A groove is formed in the housing. The groove is slightly wider than the thickness of the flange. The flange is slidably accommodated in the groove. Support holes extend through the flange. A pin is supported in each support hole. The ends of each pin are received in guide holes. Since engagement of the flange and the groove prevents the movable scroll from being inclined, the pin is maintained parallel to the guide holes and follows the wall of the guide holes. As a result, uneven wear of the pins and the guide holes is avoided.

    摘要: When encoding data received by a dividing circuit and to be included in a CRC code word, the data is divided by a generator polynomial and remainder data resulting from the division is output from a plurality of parallel data output terminals of the dividing circuit. The remainder data is added to a CRC intrinsic value and "0" information in the adder to produce a sum. The sum is a CRC code for a CRC code word to be transmitted. When detecting code errors, data from a CRC code word is received by the dividing circuit, where the data is divided by the generator polynomial, and remainder data resulting from the division is output from the respective parallel data output terminals. The remainder data is added to the CRC intrinsic value and CRC code in the adder to produce a sum, and the sum is processed by a logical sum circuit to produce a logical sum output as a CRC flag. The CRC code generation and code error detection circuit generates CRC codes to be included in CRC code words at high speed and detects errors in received CRC code words at high speed.

    摘要: A wave cam type compressor is provided. The compressor has a wave cam body mounted on a rotary shaft for integral rotation and pistons operably contacting said cam body by way of shoes. The shoes are moveable relative to the cam body according to the rotation of the cam body. The shoes move on predetermined paths on cam surfaces of the cam body. The rotation therewith of the rotary shaft is converted into a reciprocation movement of the pistons between top dead center and a lower dead center in cylinder bores to compress fluid supplied into the cylinder bores. Each cam surface has a contour matching the locus of a predetermined smooth two-dimensional imaginary curve when the curve is translated from its plane in the direction perpendicular to the plane. A first portion is provided on the cam surface to drive the piston to the bottom dead center and a second portion is provided on the cam surface to drive the piston to the top dead center. The second portion has a greater radius of curvature than the first portion.

    摘要: A wave cam type compressor includes cylinder blocks. A drive shaft is rotatably supported in the center cylinder blocks. A plurality of cylinder bores are defined about the drive shaft in the cylinder blocks. A wave cam, mounted on the drive shaft, comprises opposing cam surfaces. A width of second portions which move a piston to its bottom dead center position is more narrow than a width of first portions which move a piston to its top dead center position. The pistons are connected to the wave cam by way of shoes. The shoes move along a predetermined path on the cam surfaces. The shoes and the wave cam convert the integral rotation of the drive shaft and wave cam to a reciprocating movement of the pistons to compress fluid introduced into the cylinder bores.

    摘要: Disclosed is a compressor having a plate rotatable about an axis of a rotary shaft and a piston connected to the plate. The plate causes the piston to reciprocate between a top dead center and a bottom dead center of its stroke in accordance with the rotation movement of the plate. Cam surfaces are provided on the plate for actuating the piston. The cam surfaces have first portions for driving the piston toward the top dead center, and second portions for driving the piston toward the bottom dead center. Transmission members are interposed between the piston and the cam surface for transmitting the rotational movement of the plate to the piston. The first and second portions cause the transmission members to follow on the cam surfaces. At lease one of the first and second portions are arranged to have a normal line extending obliquely to the axis of the rotary shaft for constant contact between the transmission members and the one of the portions.
