    摘要: Disclosed is a process for preparing a β-diketone compound such as 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-heptanedione, which comprises reacting an ester compound such as an alkyl isobutyrate with a ketone compound such as 3-methylbutanone in the presence of an alkali metal alkoxide as a catalyst. The process comprises a step 1 in which an ester compound CR1R2R3COOQ is reacted with a ketone compound CR4R5R6COCH2R7 using an alkali metal alkoxide catalyst to give a β-diketone compound CR1R2R2R3COCHR4R5R6. (In the formulae, R7 is hydrogen or an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms while others are each independently hydrogen or an alkyl group of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and at least one of R1 to R6 is hydrogen.)

When the front wall (50) is at the partial locking position, detection probes (60) can be inserted into the jig insertion holes (52) of the front wall (50) for contacting detecting plates (46) offset from resilient contacts (45) in main portions of the female terminal fittings (40).

    摘要: A terminal fitting (T) has a rectangular tube (10) with a base plate (12) and first and second side plates (13L, 13R) that extend from opposite sides of the base plate (12). A ceiling plate (14) extends from the first side plate (13L) towards the second side plate (13R), and a recess (37) is formed at an extending edge of the ceiling plate (14). A pressing portion (38) extends from the second side plate (13R) and is accommodated in the recess (37) for preventing upward displacement of the ceiling plate (14). Thus, there is no significant step between the upper surfaces of the ceiling plate (14) and the pressing portion (38) and the height of the rectangular tube (10) can be reduced.

    摘要: Inserting holes (25) are formed in a row in a base wall (21) of a housing (20) and receive press-fit terminals (10). Each inserting hole (25) has a relatively wide through hole section (26) for permitting the passage of a resilient bulge (12) of the press-fit terminal (10) and a narrower press-in hole section (28) for receiving a press-in portion (13) of the press-fit terminal (10). The width direction of the through hole section (26) is normal to an arranging direction of the terminals (10) and the width direction of the press-in hole section (28) is parallel with the arranging direction of the terminals (10). The resilient bulge (12) of the press-fit terminal (10) is inserted through the through hole section (26) and then the press-fit terminal (10) is turned by 90° about its longitudinal axis. Thereafter, the press-in portion (13) is pressed into the press-in hole (28).

    摘要: An apparatus for heating a baby formula pot 10 includes a case 11, and a heating plate 12 disposed in the case 11 on which a baby formula pot 30 is mounted. When the baby formula pot 30 is mounted on the heating plate 12 and is heated by the heating plate 12, the water contained in the baby formula pot 30 is boiled to become hot water. An water amount is calculated by a control mechanism 35 based on a temperature rising ratio of the water. An optimum cooling period is calculated by the control mechanism 35 based on the calculated water amount. A cooling fan 13 is rotated by the control mechanism 35 in compliance with the optimum cooling period, so that the baby formula pot 30 is cooled by air taken-in through air intake ports 18.
