摘要: A method of forming a wiring pattern includes forming a first conductive film pattern, an insulating film and a second conductive film pattern intersecting with the first conductive film pattern on an insulating substrate. In the method, an etching resist pattern for forming the second conductive film pattern is formed by use of a screen printing method. Thereafter, an etching resist is softened by exposing the etching resist in an organic solvent atmosphere before hardening thereof. Thus, defects such as spaces in the etching resist are repaired. By use of the above-described method of forming a wiring pattern, a TFT substrate is manufactured.

摘要: A receiver capable of removing multipass distortion and improving an S/N. The receiver of the invention comprises a multipass removal filter for removing the multipass distortion from an intermediate frequency signal digitized by an A/D converter, an FM detector for detecting a desired signal outputted from the multipass removal filter, a mute processor and a high frequency removal filter as well as a stereo demodulator which are provided for processing a composite signal outputted from the FM detector and demodulating the same into left-right channel signals. The receiver further comprises a first field strength detector for detecting a first field strength from the intermediate frequency signal, a second field strength detector for detecting a second field strength from the desired signal, and a noise amount detector for detecting a noise component of the second field strength. A controller operates to perform a mute control on the mute processor, a high-cut control on the high frequency removal filter, and a separation control on the stereo demodulator, in response to the changes of the first field strength and the noise component.

摘要: An adaptive filter for an FM receiver comprises a digital filter, an error detection section for detecting an error between the output amplitude of the digital filter and a reference value, and a coefficient updating section for updating tap coefficients so as to minimize the detected error. Further, a delay circuit is provided in an output stage of the digital filter so as to reduce an operation load. Thus, the adaptive filter can improve an operation accuracy of the digital filter, thereby eliminating multipath distortion with reliability.

摘要: In a step for forming a contact through hole in a protective film that covers a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) to connect a source electrode of the TFT and a pixel electrode to each other, location of a later-formed contact through hole is designed to be apart not less than 2.0 &mgr;m from location of the opening of an overcoat layer, which opening is formed on the protective film. This construction forces the opening of a novolac type photosensitive resist to be positioned inside the location of the opening of the overcoat layer and therefore, the contact through hole formed in the protective film is able to have a tapered cross sectional profile that is never affected by the opening of the overcoat layer, allowing for stable connection between the source electrode and the pixel electrode.

摘要: The present invention has an object to provide a process for producing a water-absorbing agent which is excellent in the absorption capacities under no load and under a load with good balance and can display excellent absorption properties even if the weight percentage of a water-absorbent resin (resin concentration) is high when the water-absorbent resin is used for materials such as sanitary materials. The above object can be achieved by adding a vinyl compound or both the vinyl compound and a polyhydric alcohol to a water-absorbent resin and heating the resultant mixture.

摘要: A receiver has an oscillator for generating an oscillating signal at an oscillating frequency in accordance with an oscillation control signal, and receives a radio signal at a tuning frequency corresponding to the oscillating signal to demodulate the received radio signal. The receiver further includes a first frequency control loop system for generating a first control signal indicative of the difference in phase between a comparison signal generated by dividing the oscillating signal on the basis of the information on a channel selection frequency and a reference signal, and a second frequency control loop system for generating a second control signal indicative of a frequency difference between the oscillating frequency of the oscillating signal and the channel selection frequency. Either the first control signal or the second control signal is selectively supplied to the oscillator as an oscillation control signal.
