    Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided capable of supplying oil stored in an oil storage chamber upward through a rotary shaft to supply the oil to a compression device and to lubricate a bearing portion. The scroll compressor may include a casing, a drive motor, a rotary shaft, a main frame, a fixed scroll, and an orbiting scroll. A medium pressure chamber may be formed in or at a middle of the main frame, the fixed scroll, and the orbiting scroll. A pocket groove configured to guide oil discharged through the oil hole to the medium pressure chamber may be formed in an upper surface of the orbiting scroll, and a differential pressure path configured to guide the oil guided to the medium pressure chamber to the compression chamber may be provided in the fixed scroll.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided that may include a communication hole that penetrates from a side surface of a non-orbiting scroll adjacent to a discharge side to a thrust bearing surface between the non-orbiting scroll and an orbiting scroll, and a decompression member having a radial sectional area smaller than a radial sectional area of the communication hole and inserted into the communication hole. A refrigerant discharged to a discharge space may be introduced to a suction space through the passage between the communication hole and the decompression member, thereby preventing a high vacuum state of a compression chamber, and a refrigerant passing through the communication hole may be decompressed during a normal operation to restrain leakage of the refrigerant to the thrust bearing surface between the non-orbiting scroll and the orbiting scroll, thus increasing compression efficiency.

    Abstract: A compressor is provided in which an outer circumferential side cross-sectional area of a vane slot is formed smaller than an inner circumferential side cross-sectional area thereof to decrease an area receiving a force in a roller direction by a vane to reduce a contact force between the roller and the vane, and a gas accommodation portion selectively forming a suction pressure and an intermediate pressure is formed between the vane and the vane slot to control the contact force. A contact surface of the vane facing the roller is formed at a side of a compression chamber to reduce the contact force, and a space forming a discharge pressure is formed at at least either one side of a side surface of the vane and a cylinder to decrease a side directional reaction force applied to the vane, thereby reducing a friction between the vane and the cylinder.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided which is capable of supplying oil stored in an oil storage chamber upward through a rotary shaft to lubricate a bearing portion. The scroll compressor may include a casing in which oil is stored in an oil storage chamber formed at a lower portion of the casing, a drive motor provided in an inner space of the casing, a rotary shaft coupled to the drive motor and including an oil supply path configured to guide the oil stored in the oil storage chamber and at least one oil hole that passes from the oil supply path to an outer circumferential surface of the rotary shall a main frame coupled to the rotary shaft and provided under the drive motor, a fixed scroll coupled to the rotary shaft and provided under the main frame, and an orbiting scroll provided between the main frame and the fixed scroll, into which the rotary shaft is inserted and to which the rotary shaft is eccentrically coupled, the orbiting scroll performing an orbiting movement to form a compression chamber with the fixed scroll. The oil guided upward through the oil supply path may be discharged through the at least one oil hole and supplied to the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft.

    Abstract: A hermetic compressor is provided that may include a vane that is inserted into a roller, rotates with the roller, and is pushed out toward an inner circumference of a cylinder by rotation of the roller to divide the compression chamber into a plurality of spaces. The vane may include a body having a sealing surface that contacts the inner circumference of the cylinder and inserted into the roller; and a guide that extends from an axial end of the body in a direction crossing a direction the vane slides out, and that is slidably inserted into a guide groove formed on at least one of the first bearing or the second bearing to restrain the vane from sliding out of the roller toward the inner circumference of the cylinder.

With such a configuration, a bypass valve may be easily installed, and application of an overload minimized.
