The second set of micro-lenses differ from said first set of micro-lenses. In one embodiment, the second set of micro-lenses are taller than the first set of micro-lenses.

    摘要: There is provided an attachment structure of a frame body relative to a front portion capable of attaching the frame body to the front portion with a simple construction, and also there is provided an attachment structure of a frame body relative to a front portion wherein stress or distortion of the frame body is hardly transmitted to the front portion. The attachment structure of a frame body relative to a front portion comprises a curved hooked portion formed on the frame body at the central position, and a groove portion defined in the front portion at the central position, wherein the curved hooked portion elastically presses the groove portion so as to engage the curved hooked portion in the groove portion. The frame body can be easily attached to or detached from the front portion with one-touch operation, and hence the operation is made with very ease, and further even if the frame body is distorted or deformed, the distortion is hardly transmitted to the front portion.

    摘要: A signal processing device for analog-to-digital converting a burst signal has a feature of selecting a data bus to notify a disk control device of a conversion result via an NRZ data bus. The disk control device stores the result of the analog-to-digital conversion of the servo positional signal. The positional signal of a head of the disk device is digitalized in a R/W channel. Sampling for digital conversion is performed in only a window which is defined only in the vicinity of peaks of the positional signal. The values of peaks which are obtained by sampling are averaged by an averaging circuit. This enables the influence of noise occurred outside of the window to be eliminated. Although the noise in the window is sampled, its adverse influence is suppressed by the averaging processing.

When the appliance is removed from the hanger box, the protruding portion of one of the control elements can be pressed manually, until latched on the other control element, thereby closing the switch and activating the appliance. When the appliance is hung on the hanger box, the protruding portion of the other control element is pressed down, thereby releasing the first control element, opening the switch, and disconnecting the appliance.

A data processor is provided for reading out the profile data from the memory so as to generate a rotational speed command indicating a rotational speed of the cam and a feed rate command indicating a feed rate of the grinding wheel at every unit angle rotation of the cam, wherein the rotational speed command and the feed rate command are so decided as to reduce the rotational speed of the cam and the feed rate of the grinding wheel while the side portions of the cam are ground. A pulse distribution circuit is connected to the data processor and responsive to the rotational speed command and the feed rate command therefrom for distributing pulses to the cam drive unit and the grinding wheel drive unit.

    摘要: A method for producing a completed base cap for a plastic package sealing a semi-conductor therein includes the steps of forming the initial body of a plastic base cap including a centrally located hollow recess on one side thereof, placing lead frames on said base cap body in such a manner that the terminal end portions of said individual leads rest on the peripheral land of said base cap body surrounding said central recess, and forming outer side sections to the base cap including a step shoulder on the top side thereof by molding the same integrally with said lead frame and said initial body such that an intermediate portion of each of said leads adjacent their inner terminal end portions is embedded within said outer side sections of the base cap. A liquid honing step is provided on the base cap shoulder after the formation thereof, and to the inner terminal end portions of the leads.
