    摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes an ECG memory storing ECG signals based on motion of a heart of a living body, an ECG A/D converter, and an elasticity image generating section. Upon receiving timing signals from a CPU synchronized with two points a and b in one cycle of the ECG signal, the elasticity image generating section obtains from a cinememory two frames of sound ray data of a body part to be examined. The two frames of the sound ray data correspond to the two points a and b respectively. A strain St is calculated from the obtained sound ray data. An elasticity image quantitatively indicating stiffness of the body part is generated on the basis of the calculated strain St.

    摘要: An ultrasonic endoscope system is provided with an endoscope processor for producing an endoscopic image from an image signal obtained through a CCD, and an ultrasonograph processor for producing an ultrasonographic image from an echo signal received on an ultrasonic transducer. The processors are connected to a peripheral equipment control unit through USB, and the peripheral equipment control unit is connected to peripheral equipments through USB. The peripheral equipment control unit consists of a CPU and three USB controllers for controlling the USB connections to the processors and the peripheral equipments individually. The peripheral equipment control unit operates as a host to the peripheral equipments, and as a device to the respective processors. The processors are connected to a filing device through Ethernet, and to a movie recorder through IEEE1394 bus.

    摘要: A post-etch treatment method capable of imparting high corrosion prevention performance to the aluminum-containing wiring films. The sample of aluminum-containing wiring material that is etched using the halogen-type gas is treated with the plasma of a gas that has the oxygen component, and the resist formed on the aluminum-containing wiring material is reacted with oxygen and is removed. Further, the plasma is generated using a gas having the hydrogen component or this gas is liquefied into droplets thereof on the sample surface, so that halogen components (Cl, Br, etc.) adhered to the aluminum-containing wiring material through the etching treatment are reacted with hydrogen and are effectively removed in the form of hydrogen chloride (HCl) or hydrogen bromide (HBr). This makes it possible to obtain the aluminum-containing wiring material having high corrosion prevention performance.

    摘要: There is disclosed a novel aluminum alloy bearing which exhibits a more excellent fatigue resistance than conventional bearings even under such conditions of use as at a high temperature and under a high load. The aluminum alloy bearing has an aluminum bearing alloy layer containing, by weight, 1 to 10% Zn, 0.1 to 5% Cu, 0.05 to 3% Mg, 0.1 to 2% Mn, 0.1 to 5% Pb, 0.1 to 2% V, and 0.03 to 0.5% in total of Ti--B, and further may optionally contain not more than 8% Si, 0.05 to 0.5% Sr, and Ni, Co and Cr. The alloy may be bonded to a steel metal back sheet, and a surface layer may be formed on the surface of the bearing. By use of the composition of the alloy of the invention, the fatigue resistance of the aluminum alloy bearings has been improved, and such an improved bearing can fully achieve a bearing performance even under severe conditions of use as at high temperature and under a high load.

    摘要: A multi-layer bearing having an Al--Sn bearing alloy layer which has high fatigue strength and good conformability with a mating member further comprising a backing steel plate and an intermediate bonding layer of another aluminum alloy. The Al--Sn alloy consists essentially of, by weight, 7 to 20% Sn and balance of Al and impurities, and has a hardness of Hv 50 to 80. The aluminum alloy of the intermediate bonding layer consists essentially of, by weight, at least one of up to 1.7% Mn, up to 1.2% Cu and up to 1.8% Mg, and balance of Al and impurities, and a hardness rate of the aluminum alloy of the intermediate bonding layer to the Al--Sn bearing alloy exceeds Hv 70% and is not greater than 90%.
