Disclosed herein is a plasma chamber setting method for generating plasma in a plasma chamber. A plurality of plasma source coils, including a first plasma source coil, a second plasma source coil having an etching rate at the center part thereof higher than that of the first plasma source coil, and a third plasma source coil having an etching rate at the edge part thereof higher than that of the first plasma source coil, are prepared. The first plasma source coil is disposed on the plasma chamber, and a test wafer is etched. The etching rate for each position of the test wafer is analyzed, and first plasma source coil is replaced with the second plasma source coil or the third plasma source coil based on the analysis results.

According to a method of manufacturing a vertical nitride light emitting device, a first conductivity type nitride layer, an active layer and a second conductivity type nitride layer are sequentially grown on a preliminary growth substrate to form a light emission structure. The light emission structure is cut according to a final size of light emitting devices, leaving a predetermined thickness of the first conductivity type nitride layer intact. A permanent conductive substrate is provided on the light emission structure and the preliminary substrate is diced into a plurality of units. Laser beam is irradiated to detach the preliminary substrate, thereby separating the light emission structure according to the size of the light emitting devices. First and second contacts are formed on the first conductivity type nitride layer and the permanent conductive substrate, respectively. The permanent conductive substrate is diced to complete individual light emitting devices.

In a flip chip semiconductor package, a substrate is provided. At least one chip is flip-bonded onto the substrate to electrically connect to a circuit pattern-printed on the substrate. A molded part is formed on the substrate so as to expose a backside ground of the chip. Also, a conductive metal layer is extended along an outer surface of the molded part to electrically connect to the backside ground. According to the invention, heat generated from the chip is released through the backside ground to improve heat releasing properties. Furthermore, the electrical ground is formed without creating a parasitic component to enhance electrical properties.

The present provides a method of dynamically managing multicast groups and allocating multicast service wavelengths for the highest channel efficiency. According to the present invention, the share indices of wavelengths of all multicast service groups, which employ broadcasting wavelengths and data wavelengths, are periodically ascertained on the basis of IGMP snooping-based technology in a WDM-PON. Based on the ascertainment results, if the channel share index of the group that employs the broadcasting wavelength is smaller than the channel share index of the group that employs the data wavelength, the share index of the wavelength of the multicast group that employs the broadcasting wavelength is maximized by dynamically changing allocation of the wavelength of the multicast group, so that a maximum multicast service can be provided within limited resources.
