摘要: A method for dynamically sharing an application in a conference system while maintaining state regardless of whether the application is under execution in all conference devices. The conference system includes a plurality of conference devices with at least one conference device executing an application program. The method for dynamically sharing the application program among the plurality of conference devices in the conference system while maintaining state, includes the steps of: communicating a request to share the application program from a requesting conference device which is executing the application to all enrolled conference devices; storing an executed state of the application program to be shared in the requesting conference device; starting the application program to be shared by enrolled conference devices in which an application program corresponding to the application program to be shared is not started; communicating the executed state stored in the requesting conference device to all enrolled conference devices; and processing by all enrolled conference devices of the application program to be shared in a shared executed state equal to the executed state communicated.

摘要: A facsimile apparatus and a facsimile communication method prevent the termination of communication in error due to memory capacity shortage when confidential communication or relay designation communication is effected by using a sub-address additionally recommended by the CCITT/T.30. When a remaining capacity of an image memory is smaller than a preset threshold, sub-address control information representing the invalidity of the sub-address is stored in sub-address control memory means. As a result, when an initial identification signal or a send command signal is sent to a destination station, a bit indicating that the sub-address is valid is sent without being set. Namely, the invalidity of the sub-address function is informed to the destination station. Thus, the confidential reception or the relay designation reception using the sub-address is not accepted and the termination of the communication in error due to the memory capacity shortage is avoided.

摘要: A motor pump group has a plurality of centrifugal pumps of the same nominal port diameter including a plurality of impellers having stepwise greater outside diameters for stepwise higher pump heads, and a plurality of respective motors for actuating the pumps. The pump heads are classified into a low head section and a high head section. The low head section is handled by a single-stage impeller, and the high head section is handled by multi-stage impellers. The centrifugal pumps have respective pressed-sheet pump casings. The outside diameters of the impellers are not required to be increased in the high head section, and the outside diameters of the pump casings fall in a relatively small range.

摘要: The invention features flattening a sliced wafer in a thin disc-like form, and chamfered if necessary, through simultaneous double side grinding by passing the wafer through between paired cylindrical grinding rolls supported at both ends in bearings, and subsequently single side polishing or double side polishing the flattened wafer to obtain a polished wafer. A lapping step and an etching step in the related art thus can be dispensed with to curtail the process time. The grinding is done by simultaneous double side grinding, so that it is free from slice mark transfer due to vacuum suction of wafer to hold the wafer, or unlike a wax mounting system it does not involve complicated operation. Furthermore, instead of batch grinding, continuous grinding can be readily made. The process is thus free from working stock removal fluctuations and permits high flatness and stable thickness to be obtained by the grinding.

摘要: A multilayer ceramic part including dielectric ceramic layers and internal conductor layers is prepared by forming dielectric ceramic layers from an oxide system dielectric ceramic material having a sintering completion temperature between the melting point and the boiling point of the internal conductor. A pattern of internal conductor is formed on dielectric ceramic layers. The dielectric ceramic layers are placed one on another so as to sandwich the internal conductor pattern therebetween. The laminate is fired at or above the melting point of the internal conductor, optionally in an atmosphere having a controlled oxygen partial pressure. Since the dielectric ceramic material has an improved dielectric constant and dielectric loss and the internal conductor is densified and improved in surface property, the part is improved in resonator Q value and other properties. This minimizes the occurrence of defective parts in which the internal conductor is separated from the dielectric ceramic layer and minimizes a failure in the internal conductor layer.
