    摘要: The present invention relates to cold setting compositions of (A) suspensions of solid polyisocyanates with retarded reactivity in aliphatic polyamines, and which are stable under storage due to a polyadduct covering, and (B) polyols and/or water. The activation of the composition is caused by the polyol or water. Additional activating materials can also be added for hardening. Such compositions, which already harden at ambient temperature, are stable under storage, have a long potlife for processing and, in relation to the potlife, have a very short hardening time to the final reaction product.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for the production of suspensions of finely-divided polyisocyanates which are obtainable by the surface reaction with from 0.1 to 25 equivalent percent of reactive group per NCO of stabilizers in relatively high molecular weight polyols and/or relatively high molecular weight polyamines having molecular weights from 400 to 6,000 optionally with addition of lower molecular weight polyols and/or aromatic amines having molecular weights of from 60 to 399, which are characterized in that unreacted quantities of stabilizers in the suspension are subsequently partially or completely deactivated by addition of substances having an acylating and/or neutralizing and/or alkylating effect and/or adsorbing effect as "deactivators". In particular, mono- and/or polyisocyanates are used as "deactivators". Deactivated suspensions obtainable in this way do not exhibit rising thickening temperatures during the production of polyurethanes, in particular in large-volume shaped articles.The present invention also relates to deactivated suspensions obtainable by the present process and to the use thereof for polyurethane production.

    摘要: This invention relates to an improved process for the preparation of aromatic polyamines containing urethane and/or biuret and/or urea and/or isocyanurate groups and preferably also ether groups by the hydrolysis of poly-N-monoaryl-N',N'-dialkyl urea compounds (1-aryl-3,3-dialkyl ureas). The ureas are obtained by the reaction of secondary aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or saturated heterocyclic amines with divalent to tetravalent isocyanate compounds containing isocyanate end groups attached to aromatic residues. The ureas correspond to the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 denote alkyl or cycloalkyl groups, or together form a ring andA denotes a divalent to tetravalent residue attached to the ureas by aromatic groups.Hydrolysis is carried out in the presence of water and up to two equivalents of a base containing hydroxide ions and/or up to two equivalents of a compound containing tertiary amino groups, optionally in the presence of solvents. The use of the polyamines obtained by this process for the synthesis of polyurethanes is also described.
