    摘要: In a parallel plate type plasma processing apparatus (1), a baffle plate (28) is fitted between a ceiling (2b) and side wall (2a) of a chamber (2). The baffle plate (28) confines plasma into the upper portion of the chamber (2), and at the same time, constitutes a return route of a return current to a high frequency power source (27). A return current flowing through the baffle plate (28) returns to the high frequency power source (27) via the ceiling (2b) of the chamber (2).

    摘要: In a circuit device of this invention, a support base member, which holds an electronic component and circuit for supplying a control signal to a rotating carriage, is formed integrally with a carrier member via a plurality of cutting areas which are to be cut out from the carrier member, in order to provide an FPC, connected electrically to the carriage, with such a height which enables the FPC to be displaced on a same plane as a plane in which the carriage rotates or a plane parallel to the plane in which the carriage rotates. The cutting area is folded and overlapped at a predetermined position in a state in which the support base member is cut out by punching so as to provide a predetermined height.

Moreover, when a failure has occurred in the path, the information processing device performs an access to the logical unit by utilizing a path other than the path where the failure has occurred and another path sharing a part of the path where the failure has occurred.
