    摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes a processor, a first clock generating section and a control section. The processor core operates in synchronism with a first clock and includes first and second critical paths. The first clock generating section controls a duty of an externally input second clock to generate the first clock. a control section detects a first phase difference between the first clock and a third clock obtained by delaying the first clock by a delay time in the first critical path and a second phase difference between the first clock and a fourth clock obtained by delaying the first clock by a delay time in the second critical path. The control section instructs the first clock generating section to control the duty so as to minimize a difference between the first and second phase differences.

    摘要: An ultra high speed address decoder uses a combination of Domino logic circuits and LSDL logic circuits. N address hits are converted into N logic true address bits and N complementary address bits. A partial address decoder generates two bit groups using selected of the N logic true address bits and N complementary address bits in NOR logic structures such only two cascaded NFETS are used in a logic tree. The bit groups are partitioned to optimize the layout of the parallel bit lines in the address decoder.

An electric optical distance wavelength meter includes a light emitting element for emitting measurement light toward a target placed on a measurement point; a light receiving element for receiving the measurement light coming back after reflecting on the target; a CPU for calculating the distance to the target or the object based on light receiving signals from the light receiving element; and a light path switching device for switching the measurement light so that the measurement light passes through an internal light path from the light emitting element to the light receiving element.

    摘要: A resist film is formed on the surface of a magnetic layer on a substrate. A die is overlaid on the surface of the magnetic layer. The die includes magnetic and non-magnetic regions alternately arranged on a flat surface around a groove. The resist film is embossed so that the flat surface drives the resist film into the groove of the die. The resist film within the groove gets solidified while the die is kept in contact with the magnetic layer. A magnetic field is applied to the die in contact with the magnetic layer. A magnetic field leaked out of the magnetic regions acts on the magnetic layer. Magnetic information is thus written into the magnetic layer based on the leaked magnetic field. A recording track can be established in the magnetic layer based on the solidified resist film.
