    摘要: A hydraulic vibration damper has a receiving pipe, a piston rod which projects into the receiving pipe at one end and which can be moved in an oscillating way in the receiving pipe, on the end, facing the receiving pipe, of which a working piston is disposed. The working piston comprises through-flow channels for the damping fluid which channels are effective in the pulling direction and pushing direction, and which working piston divides the inner chamber of the receiving pipe into a pulling chamber on the side of the piston rod and a pressure chamber remote from the piston rod, wherein at least a first through-flow channel can be covered to form a damping valve with a first resilient or spring-loaded valve washer which cooperates with a first valve seat. A pressure relief blow-off valve which comprises a blow-off function and opens when a predeterminable pressure level is achieved, has a first throttling site which produces progressively flowing damping force when there is increasing piston speed and whose throttling cross-section is variable depending on the piston speed of the vibration damper. In order to achieve a structurally simple construction and a low axial construction height of the valve, the pressure relief valve which has the blow-off function comprises a first annular washer allocated to the first valve washer, the first annular washer having a surface facing the first valve washer, the surface forming the variable first throttling site with the first valve washer.

The heat exchanger possesses a first section and a second section which form a chamber into which a fluid can flow to treat a thread during operation of the heat exchanger. After the thread insertion, the heat exchanger is sealable in such a manner that the thread passages seal around the thread to prevent leakage of the fluid from the chamber while allowing the thread to be movable through the heat exchanger.

    摘要: A hydraulic brake system for a vehicle with an anti-lock arrangement operable by wheel brake pressures are individually variable in front wheel brakes and rear wheel brakes, connected to diagonal brake circuits, of a four-wheeled vehicle, in order to reduce or eliminate a threat of wheel locking. The anti-lock arrangement has at least one return pump per brake circuit. The anti-lock arrangement is equipped with a total of four electrically controllable valves. In each of the brake circuits I, II there is one first valve between the master cylinder and a front wheel brake and one second valve between the master cylinder and the rear wheel brake. All the valves are embodied as normally open valves and are electrically closable. Inlets of each of the return pumps communicate directly with the respective front wheel brakes and indirectly with the rear wheel brakes through throttles. Check valves that open toward the inlets of the return pumps are provided in series with the throttles. The anti-lock arrangement creates the possibility that in the anti-lock mode, for instance in travel on an icy road, rear wheel brake pressures may be higher than front wheel brake pressures, to improve the braking action.

The piston travels back and forth in the cylinder on the end of a rod, accommodates pressure-dependent valves for hydraulic fluid to travel back and forth through during both the compression and decompression phases, separates the interior of the cylinder into two dynamics chambers, accommodates channels that provide a route for the fluid that actuates the valves to flow through directly, and accommodates a series of bypass channels. The bypass channels accommodate an electromagnetically actuated bolt. The bolt slides back and forth in the bypass channels, regulating how much fluid can flow through them. The end of each valve facing away from the direct-route channels accommodates a compartment for generating pressure in. Each pressure-generation compartment communicates through the bypass channels with the dynamics chamber on the other side of the piston. The pressure-generation compartment is resiliently sealed off from its associated dynamics chamber. The pressure-generation compartment is demarcated by the valve's disk, by a component that resiliently seals it off from its associated dynamics chamber, by the areas of the piston wall that accommodate the entrances to the bypass channels, and/or by rings inserted into the piston. The resiliently sealing component in the pressure-generation compartment associated with the dynamics chamber at the other end is forced out of the way by the fluid in that dynamics chamber.

    摘要: Illustrated and described is an arrangement for leading a cable into a housing, preferably a cylindrical housing, for electrical or electronic devices. The housing is provided with a cylindrical housing part made detachably for connection of the connection cable. The housing part is divided into two parts, the lead-in sleeve 4 and a cap 3 covering the electrical connection elements. The cap 3 is connected by means of a connection part 10 to the housing 2 in the interior of which the electronic components are accommodated. The cap 3 is supported by axial portions of the connection part 10 and withdrawable from the latter in axial direction. The arresting is done by means of a spring element 21 which engages into a groove 22 of the connection part 10. Further grooves 26 which are arranged at the periphery of the inner wall 19 of the cap 3 and into which a right parallelepipedic protrusion 27 engages prevent turning of the cap 3 with respect to the housing 2. The lead-in sleeve 4 is mounted for infinitely variable rotation in the rear wall of the cap 3. Thus, the connection cable can be introduced into the device in accordance with the requirements at the place of use in any angular position, from an axial position to a position angled at 90.degree. to the longitudinal direction of the electrical device.

    摘要: A fuel injection pump of the distributor type is proposed, in which the injection quantity is controlled by controlling the first outlet cross section D of a first relief line and the stroke-offset outlet C of a second relief line for the pump work chamber of the fuel injection pump by means of a control edge that is variable in accordance with load and/or rpm. To attain nonsupply of fuel within the intended supply stroke of the pump piston during idling and at low partial load, communication between the first and second relief lines is provided. The communication exists only for the duration of a predetermined stroke portion (h.sub.e) and is additionally controlled in accordance with load and/or rpm by controlling the following outlet of the second relief line, so that from a predetermined upper load range to full-load operation, the entire fuel quantity pumped by the pump piston over the effective supply stroke does in fact become injected.
