摘要: A power supply device includes: a battery cell assembly including battery cells; and a bus bar module mounted to the battery cell assembly. The bus bar module includes a bus bar, an electric wire, and an electric wire wiring body. The electric wire wiring body includes: a bus bar chamber configured to accommodate the bus bar therein; an electric wire wiring portion having a first side opened and a second side closed, the electric wire wiring portion configured to accommodate the electric wire therein; and a lid arranged at an opening of the electric wire wiring portion. The lid has an opening portion through which the electric wire accommodated in the electric wire wiring portion is visible. The bus bar module is mounted to the battery cell assembly with the lid facing the battery cell assembly.

摘要: A wiring module includes a first housing section row, a second housing section row, and linking sections. The first housing section row includes first housing sections that are arranged in an arrangement direction and include connection bus bars therein, respectively. The second housing section row includes second housing sections that are arranged in the arrangement direction and include the connection bus bars and output bus bars therein, respectively, and is disposed away from the first housing section row with respect to a crossing direction that crosses the arrangement direction. The linking sections are disposed between the first and second housing section rows and link the first and second housing section rows. The first housing sections are connected by a first warping section that can be deformed with warping and the second housing sections are connected by a second warping section that can be deformed with warping.

摘要: A method comprises positioning a lithium containing secondary battery within a pouch defined by an enclosure, trimming the enclosure to form a plurality of flaps, attaching a first side flap and a second side flap of the plurality of flaps to the pouch by folding each of the first and second side flaps towards and into contact with the pouch, wherein a portion of the first side flap extends beyond the pouch to define a first tab and a portion of the second side flap extends beyond the pouch to define a second tab, attaching an end flap of the plurality of flaps to the pouch by folding the end flap towards and into contact with the pouch, and attaching the first tab and the second tab to the end flap by folding the first and second tabs towards and into contact with the end flap.
