    摘要: A power supply device includes: a battery cell assembly including battery cells; and a bus bar module mounted to the battery cell assembly. The bus bar module includes a bus bar, an electric wire, and an electric wire wiring body. The electric wire wiring body includes: a bus bar chamber configured to accommodate the bus bar therein; an electric wire wiring portion having a first side opened and a second side closed, the electric wire wiring portion configured to accommodate the electric wire therein; and a lid arranged at an opening of the electric wire wiring portion. The lid has an opening portion through which the electric wire accommodated in the electric wire wiring portion is visible. The bus bar module is mounted to the battery cell assembly with the lid facing the battery cell assembly.

    摘要: A flexible printed circuit board which includes: a base film; and multiple wires formed on the base film, in which in a region attached to a battery including multiple arrayed cells, a conductor portion to be the multiple wires is provided only on one surface of the base film, at at least part of a region apart from the region attached to the battery, a conductor portion to be the multiple wires is provided on each surface of the base film, and the flexible printed circuit board further includes multiple conductive portions configured to electrically connect the wires on one surface side of the base film and the wires on the other surface side of the base film.

    摘要: Discussed is a battery module in which welding reliability between an electrode lead and a bus bar may be improved and manufacturing costs reduced. A battery module may include a plurality of battery cells each including an electrode lead, a bus bar including a lead welding portion adhered to the electrode lead of each of the plurality of battery cells, and a bus bar frame including an insertion space into which at least a portion of the bus bar is inserted, and a jig support configured to support a welding jig that is configured to press the electrode lead, in a direction opposite to a pressing direction of the welding jig.
