    摘要: The present invention relates to a supercooling method and a supercooling apparatus which can maintain an object in a supercooled state. According to the present invention, a supercooling method includes a first cooling step of cooling a stored object toward a cooling temperature below a phase transition temperature thereof, a step of judging whether the stored object is released from a supercooled state in the first cooling step, a step of thawing the stored object when the stored object is released from the supercooled state, and a second cooling step of cooling the stored object toward a cooling temperature below zero that is higher than the lowest temperature of the stored object before the release of the supercooled state, wherein the first cooling step is continuously performed when the object is maintained in the supercooled state.

    摘要: A scroll compressor and a refrigerating machine including the same are provided. In the scroll compressor, an oil supply hole formed in an orbiting scroll guides oil from a space between a frame and the orbiting scroll to a space between a fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, and an oil supply groove formed at the fixed scroll maintains communication with the oil supply hole, thereby rapidly supplying oil to a bearing surface between the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll before the oil is introduced into a back pressure chamber. This enhances compressor efficiency by effectively preventing frictional losses and refrigerant leakage in such a compressor, and enhances energy efficiency for a refrigerating machine using such a compressor.

    摘要: A hermetic compressor and a refrigeration cycle device having the same are provided. An oil separator is installed either outside or inside of a casing to separate oil from a discharged refrigerant and an oil pump driven by a driving force of a motor is used to recollect the oil separated in the oil separator, whereby the separation between oil and refrigerant can effectively be performed and also a fabricating cost can be reduced. Also, an introduction of the separated refrigerant back into the compressor can be prevented so as to improve a cooling capability of the refrigeration cycle device. In addition, the oil pump is driven by the driving force of the motor, resulting in a simple configuration of the compressor and a reduction of a fabricating cost of the compressor.

    摘要: A compressor and an oil separating device therefor are provided which are capable of always maintaining a predetermined amount of oil in the compressor without additionally providing an oil separating device along a refrigerating cycle system. This results in the refrigerating cycle system having simplified piping and the refrigerant discharged from the compressor having a constant pressure, thereby preventing a function of the refrigerating cycle system from being reduced. The compressor includes a casing, a compression device having a compression chamber disposed within the casing and configured to receive, compress, and output a refrigerant, and an oil separating device disposed within the casing. The oil separating device includes a separation chamber configured to circulate the refrigerant to separate oil therefrom, a guide member configured to direct the refrigerant discharged from the compression device, and a circulation member configured to receive the refrigerant from the guide member and direct the refrigerant into the separation chamber in a direction of circulation.

In the scroll compressor, an angle formed between an injection passage that guides refrigerant from a condenser back into an intermediate compression chamber and a back pressure passage that guides refrigerant from the intermediate compression chamber into a back pressure chamber may be designed so as to prevent leakage of refrigerant from the intermediate compression chamber into the back pressure chamber. This allows an appropriate pressure to be maintained the back pressure chamber, and increases an amount of refrigerant supplied into the compression chambers, thereby improving performance of the scroll compressor and a refrigerating apparatus in which such a scroll compressor is installed.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is an oil supply structure of a scroll compressor capable of preventing a sludge clog phenomenon in a fine hole of an oil supply screw. The oil supply structure comprises a backpressure space defined between an orbiting scroll and a main frame of the compressor, a screw bore perforated through the main frame between the backpressure space and a space defined between a fixed scroll and the main frame, and the oil supply screw fastened in the screw bore and having a stepped screw body including upper and lower portions of different diameters. The upper and lower portions of the screw body are vertically perforated, through the center thereof, with a center hole and a fine hole, respectively, to form an orifice. An entrance end of the lower portion of the screw body is exposed to the backpressure space, thereby preventing the fine hole of the oil supply screw from being clogged with sludge.
