    摘要: An array substrate for a liquid crystal display device includes: a gate line and a gate electrode on a substrate, the gate electrode connected to the gate line; a gate insulating layer on the gate line and the gate electrode, the gate insulating layer including an organic insulating material such that a radical of carbon chain has a composition ratio of about 8% to about 11% by weight; a semiconductor layer on the gate insulating layer over the gate electrode; a data line crossing the gate line to define a pixel region; source and drain electrodes on the semiconductor layer, the source electrode connected to the data line and the drain electrode spaced apart from the source electrode; a passivation layer on the data line, the source electrode and the drain electrode, the passivation layer having a drain contact hole exposing the drain electrode; and a pixel electrode on the passivation layer, the pixel electrode connected to the drain electrode through the drain contact hole.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode display device and a method of fabricating the same, the method comprising: forming a first electrode on a substrate; forming a hydrophilic partition wall having a plurality of openings on the first electrode; forming hydrophobic red, green and blue organic light emitting layers on the plurality of openings of the partition wall, respectively; and forming a second electrode on each of the hydrophobic red, green and blue organic light emitting layers, whereby thin films can be selectively formed by a surface treatment so as to improve color impurity at boundaries of red, green and blue patterns.

    摘要: In a substrate structure and a fabrication method thereof, light refracting members aligned with wirings or black matrix formed are integrally formed at a surface of a substrate. Light incident on the wirings or the black matrix can be refracted to a pixel region of the liquid crystal display panel. Accordingly, a flux of light being transmitted through the pixel region of the liquid crystal display panel can be improved significantly.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode device includes an organic layer formed of a hole transport material or a hole injection material having a photocurable group. Therefore, the organic light emitting diode device can be formed using a wet process that is simple and can be used for a large substrate. Furthermore, the organic layer and an organic light emitting layer are less affected by a solvent. Thus, the lifespan of the organic light emitting diode device is increased and there is more freedom in selecting materials for the organic layer and the organic light emitting layer. A method of manufacturing the organic light emitting diode device is also disclosed.
