Abstract:
An organic light emitting diode and a method of fabricating the same. The organic light emitting diode includes a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, emission layers on the first electrode including red, green and blue pixel regions, and a second electrode on the emission layers. The organic light emitting diode further includes an electron transport layer on the emission layers, and an intermediate layer formed by co-depositing metal quinolate and an organic material between at least one of the emission layers and the electron transport layer. The intermediate layer inhibits hole transport and increases a life span of the red pixel region.
Abstract:
In accordance with the present invention, there is provided multiple embodiments of a reduced profile stackable semiconductor package. The semiconductor package comprises a substrate having at least one semiconductor die attached thereto. The semiconductor die is also electrically connected to the substrate by a plurality of conductive wires. A package body defining opposed top and bottom surfaces and a side surface at least partially encapsulates the substrate, the conductive wires and the semiconductor die. The package body is formed such that at least portions of the conductive wires are exposed in the top surface thereof. The package body may include a groove formed in the top surface thereof, with at least portions of the conductive wires being exposed in the groove. In this instance, conductive material layers may be disposed within the groove and electrically connected to the exposed portions of respective ones of the conductive wires, with solder pads further bring electrically connected to respective ones of the conductive material layers and at least partially residing within the groove.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for selecting and displaying a particular region in a displayed image. A user selects a target region in an image displayed on an image reproduction apparatus, an image of the selected target region is enlarged and displayed in a window, which the user can adjust a generation position, a size, a zoom magnification, and a resolution thereof. The image reproduction apparatus tracks a target object in the target region, and enables the user to continuously view the target object in the window.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a linear compressor in which a piston is linearly reciprocated inside a cylinder, for sicking a refrigerant into a compression space between the piston and the cylinder, and compressing and discharging the refrigerant, and especially, a structure of discharging the refrigerant for the linear compressor which can reduce a pulsation of a high pressure discharged refrigerant, by making the refrigerant compressed in the compression space flow from a sub-discharge space with a relatively small volume to a sub-discharge space with a relatively large volume in a discharge chamber. As a result, the structure of discharging the refrigerant for the linear compressor can efficiently reduce noise and vibration.
Abstract:
The present invention provide a high dense aluminum nitride sintered body, a preparing method thereof, and a member for manufacturing semiconductor using the sintered body which has excellent leakage current characteristic, enough adsorbing property, good detachment property and excellent thermal conductivity and so can be applied to even a member for manufacturing semiconductor requiring high volume resistivity like the coulomb type electrostatic chucks as well as the Johnsen-Rahbek type electrostatic chucks.
Abstract:
In an apparatus and a method of uniformly forming a high quality thin layer, first and second gas lines are arranged on an inner surface of a processing chamber alternately with and spaced apart from each other by a same interval. The first and second gas lines have the same shape, and are positioned on a circumferential line farther than a peripheral portion of the substrate from the central axis of the substrate. An injection hole is formed on a shear plane of the gas lines. A first source gas, a reaction gas and a subsidiary gas area are supplied through the first gas line, and a second source gas is supplied through the second gas line. Accordingly, because of the spacing of the gas lines from the substrate, particles are prevented from being dropping onto the substrate and the apparatus may be repaired in a much shorter time, thereby remarkably improving maintenance efficiency of the apparatus.
