Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a microfluidic chip and a microfluidic chip detection system. The microfluidic chip including: a storage member provided with a groove therein, at least two storage chambers being disposed around the groove; a base disposed at one end of the storage member away from the groove, a reaction chamber being disposed on the base; and a valve disposed in the groove, the valve being configured to operatively communicate any one of the at least two storage chambers with the reaction chamber. The present disclosure can lead the solution in any storage chamber to the reaction chamber or lead the solution in the reaction chamber to any storage chamber by operating the valve, so that the solution transfer is realized, the structure is simple and compact, the length of the flow channels can be greatly shortened, and the detection efficiency is improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fluorescence analysis method for lithium ion determination using free-base phthalocyanine (FBPc) as a molecular probe, and relates to the technical field of fluorescent probes. The method includes the following steps: adding an alkaline organic medium separately into a plurality of reaction vessels, and adding a phthalocyanine organic solution having a same volume as that of the alkaline organic medium; adding lithium ion organic solutions with increasing concentrations in sequence; diluting an obtained reaction system, allowing to stand to conduct a reaction, scanning a fluorescence spectrum of the reaction system, and determining a relative fluorescence intensity at a fluorescence peak. A determination principle is that in organic media, especially an alkaline organic medium, lithium ions can react with the FBPc to emit strong red fluorescence, and generation of the fluorescence has the remarkable characteristics of ultra-sensitivity and high specificity.

Abstract: Disclosed are an intumescent fire-retardant coating with ultra-high corrosion resistance and a preparation method thereof. The fire-retardant coating is composed by water, wetting and dispersing agent, defoaming agent, composite carbon-forming catalyst, composite blowing agent, pentaerythritol, titanium dioxide, Mg(OH)2, mica powder, kaolin, anti-rust pigment, aluminum tripolyphosphate, VAE emulsion, freeze-thaw agent, film-forming aid, and thickener. On the basis of the existing fire-retardant coatings, the present disclosure adds a series of anti-corrosion, heat insulation fillers and salt spray resistance additives to achieve a certain salt spray resistance effect. The fire-retardant coating of the present disclosure has both fire-retardant and anticorrosive functions, does not contain organic solvents, is low in price, has high construction tolerance, and has broad application prospects in the field of intumescent fire-retardant coatings.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite metal material and a low-temperature solder paste with high thermal conductivity containing the same. The composite metal material is a Cu core/Ag intermediate layer/Sn shell type metal powder (Cu@Ag@Sn) or a Cu core/Ni intermediate layer/Sn shell type metal powder (Cu@Ni@Sn) with a particle size of 20-60 μm. The low-temperature solder paste with high thermal conductivity is obtained by mixing the composite metal material with an Sn—Bi series alloy powder and a flux paste, can be used for welding of a variety of substrate, and is suitable for welding at a low temperature of lower than 150° C. The composite metal material of the present invention has a simple process, a low cost and high practicability, and poor heat dissipation and other problems of power devices after die bonding caused by low thermal conductivity of current solder pastes on the market are solved.

Abstract: An anticorrosion treatment method for a copper-containing material comprises: carrying out a sealed and pressurized reaction on a copper-containing material and a stabilizer in presence of a polar solvent and any assistant, the stabilizer being a compound capable of providing formates, so that the formates are adsorbed on the surface of the copper-containing material. In the method, formates are modified on the surface of the copper-containing material, accordingly, the oxidation resistance capability and the stability of the copper-containing material can be significantly improved while the electrical conductivity of the copper-containing material is not reduced, and the corrosion resistance of the copper-containing material and especially, the salt and alkali corrosion resistance of the copper-containing material are significantly improved.

Abstract: Provided are a fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) dimer compound, an FAPI dimer-based positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent for tumor diagnosis, and a preparation method and use thereof. An amphiphilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain and a dimerized structure of FAPI in the FAPI dimer compound with a structure shown in formula I can improve the in vivo kinetic properties of the compound and prolong a residence time of the compound in a tumor, thereby improving the uptake and imaging effects in the tumor. The accurate tumor diagnosis can be achieved by labeling the FAPI dimer compound with a diagnostic nuclide (68Ga), which has promising application prospects in PET imaging for diagnosis and in the preparation of a therapeutic nuclide (such as 177Lu or 90Y)-labeled drug for treating a FAP-α-expressing tumor.

The optical focusing assembly in the objective lens focuses light on the basis of one of the reflection principle and the refraction principle.
