    Abstract: The present application discloses a battery including a battery cell, a thermal management component, an avoidance chamber and a collection chamber. The battery cell includes a pressure relief mechanism; the thermal management component is configured to adjust a temperature of the battery cell; the avoidance chamber is configured to provide a space allowing the pressure relief mechanism to be actuated; and the collection chamber is configured to collect emissions from the battery cell when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated. The thermal management component is configured such that emissions are capable of passing through the thermal management component when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, and then entering the collection chamber through the avoidance chamber. Therefore, the pressure relief mechanism may not need to be provided on a side of an electrode terminal of the battery cell and emissions relieved by the pressure relief mechanism may be collected.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a casing for a battery pack and a battery pack. The casing includes a receiving space and an opening in communication with the receiving space, the receiving space is formed by a wall portion of the casing, and the wall portion is formed from two or more stacked base plates, between which a plurality of cavities are formed. By forming a plurality of cavities in the wall portion, the casing for a battery pack provided by the present disclosure not only can improve the bearing capacity and the impact resistance of the casing, but also can achieve a thermal management of the battery assembly by filling the plurality of cavities with a phase change material or cooling liquid, which can further improve the mechanical property of the casing with a relatively light weight and relatively high reliability.

    Abstract: A battery pack for optimizing the structure of the battery pack includes a case, a battery module and a blocking member. The case includes an accommodating cavity and a drain hole in communication with the accommodating cavity. The battery module is contained inside the accommodating cavity. The blocking member is mounted to the case, wherein the blocking member is disposed on one side of the battery module in a width direction. At least a part of the blocking member is arranged between the battery module and the drain hole to block a binder for fixing the battery module from entering the drain hole. The reservoir cavity is provided, such that the liquid flow into a reservoir portion to prevent dangers such as short-circuit occurring in the battery module when liquid is accumulated inside the case.

    Abstract: A battery assembly includes a protection member and a battery module including at least two batteries arranged side by side along a first direction and having a first outer surface and a second outer surface opposite to each other along a second direction. The protection member is in the form of a letter U with two vertical portions having different lengths, wherein a first protection section covers the end covers of batteries in the battery module, a part of a second protection section covers the first outer surface, and a third protection section abuts against an end cover of a battery corresponding to the second outer surface. The protection member can prevent the airflow, the flame and the like sprayed during thermal runaway, and control a thermal diffusion range during thermal runaway.
