摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide a lip type end face sealing device 6 having excellent sealability to different kinds of liquids on the both sides in the axial direction and having excellent durability. A case 61 tight fitted to an inner peripheral face 2a of a housing 2 comprises case members 611 and 612. One pair of seal lips 62 and 63 is integrally fitted to inner peripheral flange parts 611b and 612b, positioned oppositely each other in the axial direction, and opened in a tapered shape. One pair of the seal lips 62 and 63 is slidably contacted with flange parts 64b and 65b of slingers 64 and 65 tight fitted to an outer periphery of a rotary shaft 3. Pressure in seal internal spaces S2 between the both seal lips 62 and 63 and the both slingers 64 and 65 is released through a vent hole 22 opened on the inner peripheral face 2a of the housing 2, an air hole 611c opened on the case 61, and between the case members 611 and 612.

摘要: A technique for distributed printing that ensures favorable operability within a sufficiently short time. The procedure first generates intermediate print data and executes the parallel rendering process by time sharing to sequentially convert page data on the first page of the intermediate print data into data adequate for the printers. Transmission of final print data converted for the first printer is carried out in parallel with the rendering process for the second printer. In a similar manner, transmission of converted final print data to the second printer and third printers is carried out in parallel with the rendering process for the next printer. The parallel rendering process sequentially converts page data on the second page of the intermediate print data into data adequate for the printers. Subsequently, the parallel rendering process sequentially converts page data on the third page of the intermediate print data into data adequate for the printers.

摘要: A reaction control turbine blade is formed by applying a reaction control material to the surface of an Ni-base superalloy before applying aluminum diffusion coating to the Ni-base superalloy. The reaction control material is Co, Cr or Ru, or an alloy of which main component is selected from a group consisting of Co, Cr, Ru. Thereby, it is possible to enhance the oxidation resistance of the Ni-base superalloy, and to control formation of a secondary reaction zone.

摘要: The invention intends to reduce a frequency at which defects occur in a welding region during friction stir welding, and to improve the reliability of the welding region. The invention resides in a friction stir welding apparatus wherein a distance to the surfaces of the workpieces is detected by a detector, a change of the detected distance is found by a signal processing device, and a tool is rotated by a rotation driving device in a state where a vertical driving device is controlled by a control device so as to suppress the found change, whereby a plastic fluidity of the workpieces is caused to accomplish joining of the workpieces.
