The unitary operation comprises initializing a latch to store a first logic value; sensing a voltage level corresponding to a programming state of a selected memory cell; and selectively storing a second logic value in the latch in response to the sensed voltage level, wherein the page buffer enters a programming operation mode when the second logic value is stored in the latch.

The composition comprises a polyhydroxystyrene resin, a cross-linking compound including silicon and a solvent. The composition has an organic-inorganic hybrid system. Thus, a polymer layer formed using the composition has improved etching resistance with respect to a photoresist pattern in an etching process.

There are provided methods of performing a photolithography process for forming asymmetric semiconductor patterns and methods of forming a semiconductor device using the same. These methods provide a way of forming asymmetric semiconductor patterns on a photoresist layer through two exposure processes. To this end, a semiconductor substrate is prepared. A planarized insulating interlayer and a photoresist layer are sequentially formed on the overall surface of the semiconductor substrate. A first semiconductor pattern of a photolithography mask is transferred to the photoresist layer, thereby forming a photoresist pattern on the photoresist layer. A second semiconductor pattern of a second photolithography mask is continuously transferred to the photoresist layer, thereby forming a second photoresist pattern on the photoresist layer. An etching process is performed on the planarized insulating interlayer to expose the semiconductor substrate, using the first photoresist pattern and the second photoresist pattern as etch masks.

A method is presented describing in situ preparation of the titania-based sol-gel PDMS coating and its immobilization on the inner surface of a fused silica microextraction capillary. Sol-gel titania-poly (dimethylsiloxane) (TiO2-PDMS) coating was developed for capillary microextraction (CME) to perform on-line preconcentration and HPLC analysis of trace impurities in aqueous samples. The sol-gel titania-based coatings demonstrated strong pH stability and enhanced extraction capability over other commercially availble GC coatings. Extraction characteristics of a sol-gel titania-PDMS capillary remained practically unchanged after continuous rinsing with a 0.1 M NaOH solution (pH=13) for 12 hours.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for inputting and displaying data for a refrigerator, and more particularly, to an apparatus and method for inputting and displaying data for a refrigerator wherein various data can be inputted and displayed in the form of images using a touchscreen. To this end, in the present invention the input and display of the characters are not made in a manner that the characters for forming the data are inputted but made in the form of the images corresponding to the characters. Thus, the input and display of the data can be performed regardless of the languages, and the regions and countries where the refrigerators are used. Accordingly, the present invention has an advantage in that the information on various data can be conveniently obtained without limitations on the function, used time and language for inputting the characters.

A Mobile Station (MS) can select a cell in a heterogeneous network system. The MS can receive a loading indicator for each of a plurality of Base Stations (BS); measure signal strength information for each of the BSs; and select one of the BSs using the loading indicator and the signal strength information. Therefore, the transmission efficiency of the system can be increased.

The feedback information transmission method includes, when at least two frequency bands used by a mobile station includes at least one asymmetric frequency band, confirming feedback channel information for the asymmetric frequency band based on system channel information of the asymmetric frequency band, and transmitting feedback information for the asymmetric frequency band over the confirmed feedback channel. The feedback channel information includes feedback channel information for the asymmetric frequency band allocated to a symmetric frequency band.
