Provided are a device and a method for processing message-related events generated in a portable terminal. The method for processing message-related events in a portable terminal comprises the steps of storing message-related events generated in the portable terminal, confirming specialists set in advance, so that the message-related events can be processed by the specialists, respectively, calling the confirmed specialists and processing the message-related events, and displaying the processing results set in advance with respect to the specialists with a text/avatar, according to the processing results which are processed by the specialists.

The present invention relates to chemical vapor deposition apparatus. In the chemical vapor deposition apparatus, an RF power source connection portion connected to an external RF power source is installed on an upper side of a chamber; an RF electrode plate is installed within the chamber to be spaced with a predetermined gap from an inner upper surface of the chamber and to be spaced with a predetermined gap from a showerhead disposed below the RF electrode plate; plasma is generated in a first buffer portion, which is defined by a gap between the RF electrode plate and an upper surface of the showerhead, by means of the electric power applied from the external RF power source to the RF electrode plate; the showerhead is divided into two sections in a vertical direction and a second buffer portion is defined by a space between the two sections; reactant gases are supplied to the first buffer portion in which the plasma is generated; and source gases are supplied to the second buffer portion.

An operation control apparatus and method of a linear compressor are disclosed. The operation control apparatus includes: an ambient temperature sensor unit for sensing a temperature around a refrigerator; a second microcomputer for outputting a control signal according to a temperature statue of a temperatures sensing unit for sensing an inner temperature of the refrigerator; a load driving unit for receiving an ON/OFF control signal for driving a linear compressor from the second microcomputer and outputting a drive signal to the linear compressor; a relay switched by the driving signal and supplying an AC power to a motor of the linear compressor; and a power supply unit for converting the AC power into a DC power and supplying power to each unit inside the linear compressor.

Disclosed herein is a seat cushion pumping device for a vehicle adapted to adjust a height of a seat cushion. The seat cushion pumping device comprises a clutch unit adapted to transmit a rotating force to gears of link means in a desired direction where the seat cushion is to be moved, and a brake unit for fixing the operated link means so as not to move. The clutch unit and the brake unit are accommodated between a lower bracket and an upper bracket, which are positioned in front of a mounting bracket for accommodating the entire pumping device there between.

The fractal image compression device of the present invention contemplates a control unit for dividing a composite image into a plurality of range blocks and a plurality of domain blocks, classifying the range blocks and domain blocks into several classes according to their respective attributes, and controlling an overall operation of the device. A page memory stores image data received from an external source, and provides output of the image data via control of the control unit. A domain block memory receives first pixel data within the domain blocks from the page memory, and stores the first pixel data via control of the control unit. A range block memory receives second pixel data within the range blocks from the page memory, and stores the second pixel data via control of the control unit. A slope and offset detecting unit spacially-transforms the first pixel data within the domain blocks to correspond one-to-one with corresponding second pixel data within the range blocks, calculates slope and offset values of contractive compression functions corresponding to the spacially-transformed domain blocks and the range blocks, calculates background sensitivities and edge sensitivities from the second pixel data within the range blocks, and calculates and provides output of distortion errors by multiplying brightness differences between corresponding pixels within the spacially-transformed domain blocks and the range blocks by the background sensitivities and the edge sensitivities. An image compression memory stores, as compression data, locations and the slope and offset values corresponding to ones of the domain blocks having minimum distortion errors, via control of the control unit.

The present invention provides a vane-type compressed air motor, comprising a casing, a rotor and vanes, wherein the casing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, a plurality of vanes are inserted into the rotor, and the rotor is disposed inside the casing to form a rotating body. The difference from the prior art is that the present invention further comprises a vane stopper, an inner retainer ring, stop bearings and a kit. Using the technique provided by the present invention, the wear of the vanes can be significantly reduced even under high pressure conditions, such that the service life of the vane is prolonged, air leakage is prevented, and the motor power can be improved. The present invention can also be used in various tools, having a significant effect of saving a lot consumption and cost, thereby having broad market prospects.

An apparatus and method are provided for transmitting a text message in a wireless terminal. The apparatus and method include displaying data input when creating a text message and analyzing the data in order to check whether the data are character display instruction words. Character image information corresponding to the character display instruction words is searched. The character image information is added to the display instruction words, and the display instruction words having the character image information are added to the text message. Character data are added to the text message if the data are general character data. The above steps are repeated and recipient information for the character text message is input when the character text message has been created. The created character text message is then transmitted.
