Abstract: The present invention provides a method for transmitting a broadcast signal. Abstract: A broadcast signal transmitting device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an encoder for forward error correction (FEC) encoding data pipe (DP) data transmitted via multiple DPs, wherein each DP transmits at least one service or at least one service component; a signaling encoder for encoding signaling data; an interleaver for interleaving the encoded DP data; a frame builder for mapping the interleaved DP data and the encoded signaling data and then generating at least one signal frame, wherein the interleaved DP data is mapped according to the type of the DPs transmitting the respective DP data, and wherein the encoded signaling data includes type information indicative of the type of each DP; a modulation unit for modulating the at least one generated signal frame in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) scheme; and a transmitter for transmitting a broadcast signal including the at least one modulated signal frame.
