摘要： Methods, devices, and systems for the transmission of information in a wireless communication system are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of transmission in a wireless communication system comprises determining by a wireless device (201) a configuration of a plurality of power amplifiers (207) to achieve a single antenna transmission mode; amplifying a signal by said wireless device (201) using the configuration of the plurality of power amplifiers (207) to form a plurality of amplified signals; simultaneously transmitting at or about the same time by the wireless device (201) to a base station (202) the plurality of amplified signals from a plurality of physical antennas (212), wherein the plurality of physical antennas (212) are coupled to the configuration of the plurality of power amplifiers (207); and wherein the measured transmit power from the totality of the plurality of physical antennas (212) is about the same as the required transmit power using the single antenna transmission mode.

摘要： A method and apparatus for configuring a power sharing carrier set on a user equipment having multiple component carriers, the method receiving an indication from a network that carrier configuration information is supported in a cell of the network; providing at least one of capability information regarding carriers and bands supported by the user equipment and power sharing information the user equipment is capable of supporting; and obtaining configuration information for power sharing carrier sets. Furthermore, a network element for to providing a power sharing carrier set configuration, the network element configured to: send an indication from a network that carrier configuration information is supported in a cell of the network; receive at least one of capability information regarding carriers and bands supported by a user equipment and power sharing information the user equipment is capable of supporting; and provide configuration information for power sharing carrier sets.

In one aspect a method operating in a wireless network having a plurality of transmission points (TP) including a macro evolved Node B (eNB) and at least one low power node (LPN) having transmit power lower than that of the macro eNB, the method detecting, by the user equipment, a transmission point having a lowest path loss to the user equipment; and transmitting, by the user equipment, a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble on a PRACH directed to the transmission points having the lowest path losses.

摘要： A system and method for broadcasting a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) is disclosed. A CSI-RS that is orthogonal to CSI-RSs transmitted by each of a first network cell and each of a set of neighbor cells that interfere with the first network cell is identified. In one implementation, the first network cell has a coverage containing a coverage of a second network cell. The method includes transmitting, from the second network cell, the CSI-RS that is orthogonal to CSI-RSs transmitted by each of the first network cell and each of a set of interfering neighbor cells.

摘要： A system and method for radio link failure recovery is presented. A set of component carriers is identified. Each one of the set of component carriers includes a control channel monitored by a user equipment (UE). The control channel signals data channel assignment information for the UE. Radio link failure recovery is performed using monitoring of only a subset of the set of component carriers. In some cases, performing radio link failure recovery includes performing radio link failure detection, and detecting radio link failure by detecting an out-of-sync condition on a downlink physical layer, the out-of-sync condition occurring for a predetermined duration. In some cases, a number of component carriers in the subset of the set of component carriers is equal to 1.

摘要： A method for receiving data using a user agent (UA) configured to communicate with a wireless communications network using a first and second communication carrier is presented. The method includes receiving control information at a first time interval using the first communication carrier. The control information allocates a resource on at least one of the first communication carrier and the second communication carrier. The control information indicates whether a carrier switch is required. In one implementation, when the control information indicates a carrier switch is required, the method includes ceasing signal reception on the first communication carrier, and receiving a signal on the second communication carrier.

摘要： A codebook C is provided in a MIMO transmitter as well as a MIMO receiver. The codebook C will include M codewords ci, where i is a unique codeword index for each codeword ci. Each codeword defines weighting factors to apply to the MIMO signals, and may correspond to channel matrices or vectors to apply to the MIMO signals prior to transmission from the respective antennas of the MIMO transmitter. The present invention creates codeword subsets Sl for each codeword cl of the codebook C. Each codeword subset Sl defines L codewords cj, which are selected from all the codewords ci in the codebook C. The codewords cj in a codeword subset Sl are the L codewords in the entire codebook that best correlate with the corresponding codeword ci.
