    摘要: A friction stirring-welding method capable of increasing the welding strength of a lap joint. A welding tool (1) comprises a small diameter projected part (2) at the tip of a shoulder (3). The welding tool is press-fitted to the upper plate (4) of the lap joint while being rotated. By a friction stirring action, an upper plate side welding boundary surface (6) plastically flows, a surface oxidation film on a lapped surface is peeled off, and the boundary surface is activated to provide an excellent welding part. Also, since the welding tool is formed in a shape having the small diameter semispherical projected part (2) at the tip thereof, the thickness (12) of an upper plate welding part is increased, and a lap joint part with high welding strength can be provided.

The heat exchanger 3 is disposed so as to execute a heat exchange between the central portion 2a in the heat storage tank 2 and the outside, and suppresses the natural convection of the heat storage material 1 of the outer portion 2b by, for example, dispersing a liquid-absorbent material 5 in the outer portion 2b surrounding the central portion in the heat storage tank 2, whereby reduces the influence of external environment on the central portion 2a in the heat storage tank, thereby suppressing the heat loss toward the outside.

    摘要: A multilayer-wiring substrate having a via hole structure and method for fabricating the same. Referring to FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), after a via-hole 5 is formed by exposure and development in lithography or by laser-drilling, a bottom portion of the via-hole 5 is subjected to resin-etching so as to expose a surface 4A of a lower conductor 4 as shown in FIG. 3(b). The exposed surface 4A of the lower conductor 4 is chemically etched so that the conductor 4 is undercut. As a result, undesired material 5B such as adhered residual resin shown in FIG. 3(b) is completely removed. In etching the conductor 4 at the bottom of the via hole 5, the lower conductor 4 is preferably etched in an amount of 5-30% of the thickness of the lower conductor 4 to form a depression or recess 6A at a via hole bottom 5C as shown in FIG. 3(b), thereby reliably establishing electrical continuity between the lower conductor 4 and the upper conductor 8 by means of a via-hole conductor 7 as shown in FIG. 3(c).
