    摘要: A cooperating process between respective terminals (apparatuses) in a branch office system for a transaction for a customer who does not have an account or a customer who is supposed to open an account (namely, a customer who does not have a card) is disclosed. In the case where a customer does not have an account, executable transactions are extracted and authority (temporary authority) for the input transaction is issued. The authority is used to operate plural transaction terminals in a cooperating manner so as to enable the transactions. The authority includes issuing of a transaction card. Further, the authority includes using biological information including a vein of a finger or a palm in order to specify an individual.

    摘要: An ethylene copolymer composition comprising an ethylene/&agr;-olefin copolymer (A-1), which has a density, a melt flow rate (MFR), an amount of a n-decane-soluble portion in the specific ranges and whose melt tension (MT) at 190° C. and MFR satisfy the relation MT>2.2×MFR−0.84, and one (co)polymer selected from the group consisting of (B-1) a low-density polyethylene obtained by high-pressure radical polymerization, (B-2) a crystalline polyolefin and (B-3) an olefin type elastomer. Also disclosed is an ethylene copolymer composition comprising an ethylene/&agr;-olefin copolymer composition and the low-density polyethylene (B-1) obtained by high-pressure radical polymerization, said ethylene/&agr;-olefin copolymer (A-2) and (A-3) both having physical properties similar to those of the above ethylene/&agr;-olefin copolymer (A-1) and having intrinsic viscosities different from each other. The ethylene copolymer compositions of the invention are excellent in heat stability and moldability, and able to form films of high transparency, high mechanical strength and anti-blocking resistance.

    摘要: A dispersant for pigments for aromatic polymers, which is superior not only in the ability of dispersing pigments in aromatic polymers but also in attaining high transparency and stability of the resulting color, while avoiding grafting step and attaining a lower production cost. The dispersant for pigments for aromatic polymers comprises a wax composed of a random copolymer of ethylene with an aromatic vinyl compound, which has a content of structural unit derived from ethylene of 99-10% by weight and a content of structural unit derived form the aromatic vinyl compound of 1-90% by weight and exhibiting an intrinsic viscosity of 0.04-0.6 dl/g.

    摘要: The invention relates to a polymerization catalyst for alpha-olefins and a process for polymerizing alpha-olefins. The catalyst comprises a component having a transition metal compound supported on a carrier and an aluminoxane. The carrier may be pre-treated with an organometallic compound, a halogen-containing silicon compound or an aluminoxane. Alternatively, the above two catalyst components are subjected to preliminary polymerization of olefins. The catalyst of this invention enables the production of a spherical polymer having a good particle size distribution, an excellent bulk density and a narrow molecular weight distribution in a slurry polymerization method or a vapor-phase polymerization method, particulary the vapor-phase polymerization method. When applied to the copolymerization of at least two olefins, the catalyst has excellent polymerization activity such that an olefin copolymer having a narrow molecular weight distribution and a narrrow composition distribution is obtained.

    摘要: The chain polyene-group containing norbornene compound of the invention is represented by the formula [I]: ##STR1## wherein n is an integer of 1 to 5, R.sup.1 is an alkyl group of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 5 carbon atoms.The unsaturated ethylene copolymer of the invention is a random copolymer of 30 to 92% by mol of (i) ethylene units, 6 to 70% by mol of (ii) specific .alpha.-olefin units and 0.1 to 30% by mol of (iii) units derived from the norbornene compound [I], where the molar ratio of (i)/(ii) is in the range of 40/60 to 92/8 and the unit (iii) is represented by the specific formula, and has an intrinsic viscosity [.eta.] of 0.05 to 10 dl/g.The novel unsaturated ethylene copolymer is excellent in weathering resistance, heat resistance and ozone resistance and has a high vulcanizing rate.

    摘要: An ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer composition including (I) a graft-modified ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer composition and (II) a polyolefin. The graft-modified composition is prepared by graft copolymerizing an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer with a polar monomer. The ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer composition includes first and second ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymers. The copolymers are each prepared in the presence of a polymerization catalyst containing (a) an organoaluminum oxy compound and (b) for the first ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer at least two kinds, and for the second ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer one kind, of compounds of Group IV transition metals of the periodic table containing a ligand having a cyclopentadienyl skeleton. The graft-modified ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer composition is blended with a polyolefin, such as by mechanical or solution blending, at a weight ratio (I) to (II) of 1:99 to 99:1. The copolymer compositions have excellent moldability and heat stability properties and form films having high transparency and mechanical strength and good adhesion to polar materials.

    摘要: This invention relates to a process for polymerizing olefins using a catalyst composed of a transition metal catalyst component, an aluminoxane component and an organoaluminum component. In the process of this invention, the catalyst exhibits excellent polymerization activity with the use of a small amount of the aluminoxane xane. The polymerization process gives olefin polymers having a narrow molecular weight distribution and by the copolymerization of two or more olefins, gives olefin copolymers having a narrow molecular weight distribution and a narrow composition distribution.
