    摘要: A resistor composition for resistor-incorporated spark plugs, substantially consisting of 100 parts of a base mixture consisting of 30 to 70% of glass frit and the balance of inorganic aggregate; 0.1 to 7.0 parts, calculated on carbon upon sintering, of a carbonaceous material; and 0 to 30 parts of an agent for stabilizing resistance of the resistor under load, the glass frit containing 10 to 100% of lead glass having a PbO content of 30 to 88% and a softening point of 300.degree. to 600.degree. C. with the balance of a glass having a softening point exceeding 500.degree. C., each by weight ratio.

    摘要: An intraocular lens insertion device having a novel configuration, capable of more accurately arranging front and back surfaces of an intraocular lens in a proper direction. The intraocular lens insertion device is adapted in such a manner that the intraocular lens is set on a stage in a state placed flat with a pair of haptics extended facing front and back sides in a movement direction by a plunger. Also, an interfering acting part is provided to an insertion tube part, and the interfering acting part interferes with the haptic, which is extended facing the front side in the movement direction of the intraocular lens moved by the plunger, to apply on the haptic an external force toward the back side in the movement direction. Thus, the interfering acting part curves and deforms the haptic to a side approaching an optical portion.

    摘要: A method of producing a medical instrument whereby a highly hydrophilic and lubricant coating layer having a high durability can be formed by a simple technique and thus highly hydrophilic and lubricant properties can be imparted to a surface of a medical instrument. An intraocular lens insertion instrument having been subjected to a surface treatment as described above is also provided. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a coating solution by mixing at least a water-insoluble polymer having carboxyl group and a polyfunctional reactive compound with an organic solvent; applying this solution on the surface of the medical instrument; conducting crosslinking; and performing a chemical reaction process whereby the coating layer is made hydrophilic. The intraocular lens insertion instrument is made hydrophilic by forming the coating layer as described above on an inner surface of an insertion tube portion, crosslinking and then performing the chemical reaction process.

    摘要: To provide an image display apparatus that is allowed to incorporate a panel module with excellent mechanical strength even if a screen is upsized and the apparatus is slimmed down. Strengthening units are mounted along a horizontal direction on canopies provided on an upper portion and a lower portion of a panel module constituting a display unit of a large-size, thin image display apparatus. Also, supporting members are mounted on the upper and lower strengthening units in such a manner that the supporting members bridge between the upper and lower strengthening units, so that a stand, or a chain or a string to be used when hanging the image display apparatus is mountable to the supporting members. This prevents direct application of external force to the panel module.

The position control device computes an integrated feedback value g in correspondence with a function F (VM, PM, Vm, Pm) in which four state amounts, motor speed VM, motor position PM, driven member speed Vm, and driven member position Pm are independent variables. The thrust instruction τ*, which is inputted to the servomotor, is compensated with the integrated feedback value g. The servomotor is thus optimally driven and controlled in accordance with full closed loop control.
