Abstract:
The force from a drive rod driven by an electric motor is transmitted via a link arm pivotally linked to the drive rod and a back door. When the back door is operated in opening direction, the link arm is supported by open-side support sliders and the acting direction of the force applied to the link arm by the drive rod is shifted to the opening direction of the back door. When the back door is operated in dosing direction, the link arm is supported by closed-side support slider and a closed-side support roller and the acting direction of the force applied to the link arm by the drive rod is shifted to the closing direction of the back door. The open-side and closed side support sliders are pressed against the link arm by leaf spring members so that the link arm is prevented from oscillating between the sliders.
Abstract:
The invention provides to make an automatic opening and closing apparatus for a vehicle to be thin. An outer rack is attached to an outer side of a stay fixed to a vehicle in such a manner as to freely move in an axial direction along the stay. A thickness of the stay is set to be smaller than a width, and a cross sectional shape thereof is formed so as to be in a substantially thin convex shape. A width in a base end wall portion of the outer rack is formed so as to be larger than a width of a side surface wall portion corresponding to a thickness of the outer rack, and the outer rack is formed in a substantially thin C cross sectional shape. It is possible to make a thickness of a slide mechanism about a gear with of rack gears lined up in an axial direction in the side surface wall portion by making the width of the side surface wall portion slightly larger than the gear width of the rack gear.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing chip type electronic parts, comprises the steps of: applying a photo-active catalyst liquid to chip substrates to form a photo-sensitive film consisting of the photo-active catalyst liquid on the chip substrates; arranging the chip substrates with respect to a light source in a manner such that portions of the chip substrates on which electrodes are to be formed will become light irradiation portions; irradiating the chip substrates with a light so as to activate irradiated portions of the photo-sensitive film; dipping the chip substrates in an electroless plating bath and precipitating a plating metal on said activated portions.
Abstract:
Inexpensive methods for producing small-sized monolithic electronic parts with improved functions by which an electroconductive film can be formed uniformly, thin, and in fine patterns on a ceramic green sheet, a carrier film, or a resin film, for example. A plurality of such ceramic green sheets, etc., each having the electroconductive film formed thereon, are laminated to give a ceramic laminate, which is then sintered. The electroconductive film is formed on each ceramic green sheet, etc., by the steps of: applying a hydrophilic liquid containing an activating catalyst comprising copper oxide, a palladium salt and an alkaline solution, for example, to thereby form a photosensitive film comprising said liquid containing said activating catalyst, exposing the photosensitive predetermined regions to thereby deposit palladium catalyst on said regions, washing out the non-exposed regions of the photosensitive film with water or a liquid consisting essentially of water, and dipping the ceramic green sheet having palladium catalyst deposited thereon in an electroless plating bath to thereby form the intended electroconductive film by electroless plating.

A process for preparing hydrocarbons having at least two carbon atoms by bringing a methane-containing gas maintained at a temperature of 500.degree. to 1500.degree. C. into contact with an oxygen-containing gas in the presence of a catalyst to effect oxidative coupling, using a catalyst comprising (1) a single-crystal, high-purity, and ultra-fine powdery magnesium oxide obtained by the gas-phase method, and (2) an alkali metal oxide.
