    摘要: Disclosed in some examples is a method of wireless resource block assignment in a long term evolution wireless network including creating a downlink control information message for a user equipment, the downlink control information message comprising: a resource block assignment field which indicates up to N physical resource blocks scheduled to the user equipment by specifying an index into a plurality of all possible physical resource block allocations of between 1 and N resource blocks, wherein the resource block assignment field comprises at most a number of bits necessary to address all of the possible physical resource block allocations for assignments of 1 to N physical resource blocks, and wherein N is less than a total number of physical resource blocks; and sending the downlink control information over a physical downlink control channel using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing.

A high-efficiency wireless local area network (HEW) device comprises circuitry is disclosed. The circuitry may be configured to: generate a HEW packet comprising a legacy signal (L-SIG) field, where the L-SIG field comprises a plurality of subcarriers, and an R-L-SIG field, where the R-L-SIG field comprises a repeat of the plurality of subcarriers partitioned into a plurality of groups, and where information is encoded into one or more groups of the plurality of groups by a same modulation to each subcarrier partitioned into the corresponding group. A HEW device comprising circuitry is disclosed. The circuitry may be configured to: receive a L-SIG field; receive a R-L-SIG field; and determine whether the R-L-SIG field is a repeat of the L-SIG field with piggybacked information.

    摘要: Apparatus, computer readable medium, and method for generating and receiving signal fields in a high efficiency wireless local-area network (WLAN) are disclosed. A master station is disclosed that may include circuitry configured to generate a high-efficiency signal field (HE-SIG) for a plurality of stations (STAs). The HE-SIG may include a HE-SIGA and a HE-SIGB. The HE-SIGB may include a plurality of resource allocations for the plurality of STAs. The resource allocations may be individually encoded or jointly encoded with a separate CRC for each resource allocation. The circuitry may be configured to transmit the HE-SIG to each of the plurality of STAs. A STA is disclosed that may include circuitry to receive a HE-SIG with a HE-SIGB that includes resource allocations for STAs with the resource allocations either being individually encoded or jointly encoded and with a separate CRC for each resource allocation.
