摘要： To reduce or prevent adhesive particles from being scattered toward a light-emitting portion of an arc tube and an auxiliary reflecting surface of an auxiliary mirror even when an inorganic adhesive injected for fixing the auxiliary mirror to the arc tube is boiled, a method of manufacturing a light source lamp includes: setting a light-reflecting surface of the auxiliary mirror so as to face the light-emitting portion of the arc tube and injecting an adhesive into a gap between the auxiliary mirror and the arc tube; heating and curing the adhesive from a side nearer to the light-emitting portion of the arc tube; and attaching the reflector to the arc tube with the auxiliary mirror fixed thereto. For example, a heated air blowoff and light irradiation toward the adhesive form the side nearer to the light-emitting portion of the arc tube may be performed. Further, a projector includes: an illumination system with the light source lamp; an optical modulator; and a projector lens.

摘要： An inverter power supply system includes a half-bridge inverter circuit which includes a first switching element, a second switching element, a first auxiliary capacitor and a second auxiliary capacitor for converting a DC voltage from a DC power supply circuit to an AC voltage. An output control circuit outputs a first output control signal and a second output control signal with a phase difference of a half cycle to control the inverter circuit. An inverter driving circuit turns on the first (or second) switching element when the first (or second) output control signal turns ON while turning off the first (or second) switching element upon lapse of a first (or second) delay time for allowing the first (or second) auxiliary capacitor to discharge to a predetermined level after the first (or second) output control signal turns OFF.

摘要： A lamp device and a projector having the lamp device eliminated of light leaking in a direction opposite to a reflecting direction at a rear end of an encapsulation fixing an arc tube on a reflection mirror is simply and inexpensively provided. An arc tube and a reflection mirror are provided. The arc tube has encapsulations one of which is inserted in a cylinder of the reflection mirror thereby securing the encapsulation and the cylinder together by an adhesive. The bulb of the arc tube and the other encapsulation are positioned on a side close to a reflection surface of the reflection mirror. The encapsulation inserted in the cylinder and positioned on a side opposite to the reflection surface has an end at least at an end face of which is covered with the adhesive thereby providing light shield.

摘要： An optical transmission terminal device including a printed wiring board and an optical module mounted on the printed wiring board. The optical module includes an optical component mounting substrate, a photoelectric converter mounted on the substrate, a first optical fiber having one end optically coupled to the photoelectric converter, and a ferrule mounted on the substrate so as to partially project from the substrate. The other end portion of the first optical fiber is inserted and fixed in the ferrule. A wiring pattern formed on the printed wiring board and a feed electrode formed on the substrate are connected together by wire bonding. An optically coupled portion between the photoelectric converter and the first optical fiber and a connected portion between the wiring pattern and the feed electrode are commonly covered with a transparent resin. The optical transmission terminal device further includes an optical fiber connector housing mounted on the optical module for allowing connection of the first optical fiber to a second optical fiber.

摘要： A film transfer apparatus includes an apparatus casing having a feed-core support shaft for detachably mounting a feed core and a take-up core support shaft for detachably mounting a take-up core. The support shafts respectively include a transmission member for causing the feed core to provide a film ribbon take-up speed higher than a ribbon feed speed of the feed core. For slippably coupling the feed core rotation and the take-up core rotation, a slip coupling mechanism is provided. This mechanism is constituted by an engaged portion of the take-up core for engagement with a mating engaging portion of the take-up core support shaft. The engaged portion is elastically deformable to a non-transmission condition with application thereto of a force exceeding a predetermined level. Further, the engaged portion is provided with a mechanical strength smaller than the engaging portion.
